Hello dear
Your future room has about 20 square meters with windows towards the south and views of the beautiful old buildings. We also offer WiFi, a balcony and good entertainment.
MY common living room is my kitchen where i like to cook together or chat through God and the world until deep into the night. In summer we also like to relax on the balcony with coffee or other drinks. I also have a washing machine, sodastream and a sweet screen carrier machine! :)))
Bright 20 sqm room with white walls and 2 windows with shutters. The room can be fully furnished as shown on the photos. The WG has 3 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. all bathrooms are equipped with toilets, so that everyone can easily get ready on a hectic morning.
The kitchen is a large living/food kitchen and offers plenty of storage space for everyone. We usually leave rinsing to the dishwasher. On-top another storage room.
Plants are welcome with us, even if the basil does not always survive long.
The residence is located in a quiet side street, in the Calenberger Neustadt. It is centrally located, ideally located to the Leibniz University, directly opposite the Conti Campus. Lines 4 and 5 reach the TiHo and the MHH, with the bike you can easily reach the University of Applied Sciences. The city centre of Hanover is just 10 minutes' walk away and the good bus and train connections at the Königsworther Platz make it easy to get to all the other parts of Hanover. The net can be reached within a few minutes.
