dein Zimmer ist ca. 12 qm groß mit einem großen Fenster in Richtung des Innenhofs. Den Mittag über scheint die Sonne schön in das Zimmer rein.
Die WG ist eine Altbau Wohnung.
Falls dir das Zimmer zu klein sein sollte, können wir bestimmt etwas umräumen, sodass du das aktuelle Wohnzimmer (16 qm) bekommen könntest. Dementsprechend würde sich die Miete aber erhöhen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Döhren in der Nähe von der Schnellstraße. In ca. 3-5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man einen Lidl und DM. Ein paar Minuten länger findet man einen Edeka auf.
Auch zum Maschsee ist es kein langer Weg.
Ich heiße Nathalie und bin 18 Jahre alt. Im Januar habe ich meine Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bin dementsprechend schon Berufstätig. Gerne würde ich mir ebenfalls wünschen, wenn du eine Ausbildung machst oder auch schon fertig bist. Ich wohne seit Februar in der Wohnung. Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig, eine Putzplan brauche ich aber nicht unbedingt, außer du möchtest einen :)
Gerne würde ich mich über gemeinsame Filme- oder Spielabende freuen.
Im Haus wohnen recht viele ältere Leute, deshalb ist die WG nicht für Partys geeignet.
Da ich für die Wohnung alles alleine angeschafft habe (auch die Küche) wird auf dich noch ein Abschlag zukommen.
