The room is facing the west so that from the afternoon a lot of sun comes through the large windows. The 3 m high ceilings leave a lot of room up and the original wooden floorboards give the room the typical old building flair.
The apartment was renovated in 2016 by our landlord and is in a correspondingly good condition, which is also due to the fact that he immediately takes care of it if something is not okay.

We can also use the garden, but is mainly used by our WG. Bicycle parking is available in front of the front door and in the garden house. Parking is sufficient in the street.
Because we live in a street, it's very quiet. Due to the proximity to the railway station we are very well connected and you are in approx. 12 minutes at the Kröpke, the main unit only needs about 10 minutes. The leash area is almost down the road and perfect for jogging, walking or simply relaxing in nature. It is also not far to the canal so that you can cool down in summer.
All shopping facilities you need (Edeka, Rossmann, Baker and Cafés) are located right around the corner of the Herrenhäuser market, where there is also a weekly market every Saturday.
Since our old roommate has moved for casting for her dream job, we are looking for a new roommate for our 6 WG. With us, there's always someone you can talk to or drink a coffee, but it's also quite normal that you're also withdrawing when you need some rest.
Since our old roommate has already moved out, the room is for rent right away. In the additional costs everything is included, except for the cost of the Internet (approximately 7.50 €/month). For our landlord you don't need to show Schufa (request now) or Ä.
