From mid-January we will have a nice room about 17 m in our 3 WG free. The apartment is in the 3rd OG (without elevator) of a multi-family house. In addition to our three rooms there is the kitchen with adjacent balcony to the courtyard/ shared garden, the bathroom and our large hall where we have a dining table.
Below in the basement we have a compartment to put something down and on the attic you can dry your laundry in the summer (in winter you prefer to wear our clothes in the apartment). You can either put your bike in a cellar room or just park it at the bicycle stand outside the door.
All shops for daily needs (Netto, Rewe, Rossmann, Baker, Bank, Market once a week) are within walking distance, plus a few restaurants and doctors.
The Öffi connection is good, on foot you reach the stop “Großer Hillen” in about 5 minutes, where you can reach the city centre every 10 minutes (16 minutes to the Kröpke). The railway line also runs directly to the Braunschweiger Platz and Leibniz Uni. There are also various buses nearby. The apartment is located in a quiet dead end, where there is usually a parking space.
If you would like to go jogging or just take a walk, there are also many possibilities. From the apartment you can walk very quickly to the green: for example to the animal garden, to the Mardalwiesen and Hermann-Löns-Park ...
By bike you can easily reach the indoor swimming pool in Anderten, the outdoor swimming pool “Annabad” in Kleefeld, the Eilenriede and many other beautiful corners. We are very satisfied here, with the good connection (and Hanover as a city to a relatively good bike) you can easily reach the city centre and otherwise the corner here is simply cozy :)
Since Diana is going to take off, we're looking for someone new who likes a relaxed WG life. You would live in the WG together with us, Katja (25, Orthopaedics Technician and Part-time Studies “Craft Design”) and Gen (29, Drama student at HMTMH in the 1st year).
Katja: In addition to my work in the field of rehabilitation technology, I still study part-time at a remote university (Craft-Design) and am therefore busy with university projects on weekends. I spend my free time with creative things of all kinds, such as handwork, painting, sewing, etc. I like to let the soul dangle at walks in nature and love to watch a movie comfortably.
Gen: I am studying acting in the second semester at HMTMH. By the way, I'm part of a rock band in Hamburg. These are my two greatest passions, which also require a lot of energy and time, but I love it very much. That's why I'm in university under the week mostly from early morning to late evening and I'm always going to Hamburg over the weekends. I also like to work with a healthy diet, read and watch a movie more often. :
Since we both have a full daily life, we have a fairly regulated daily routine under the week. If we have time, we like to talk and are open to companies. Of course, everyone keeps enough time for himself and his own stuff, is clear, but we do not want a pure purpose WG.
In terms of cleanliness, we expect everyone to feel responsible for the community spaces and to adhere to the cleaning plan.
We are a non-smoking WG. Pets are not allowed.
Diana would like to share the furniture currently in the room. Therefore, there is the possibility to take over the following small money mobiliser (sales base privately via Diana):
