As my two roommates move out, two rooms are free in the WG.
The free room has about 16 square meters and is facing south. So you have plenty of daylight in winter.

The entire apartment was completely renovated about 4.5 years ago and has beautiful new laminate flooring everywhere. In addition, the apartment scores with a huge kitchen including a dishwasher and a walk-in shower :)

The station stadium bridge is close to the apartment. From there you are in just 10 minutes in downtown or at the main station.

As a shopping opportunity you have Penny and Rewe to choose from. Both are easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes.

The Hanover University, the stadium and the Maschsee are also nearby.

You would live with me (Maria).
I am currently studying architecture in the 5th Master semester and moved to Hannover about two years ago. In my spare time I like to walk, make yoga for relaxation or go for a walk around the Maschsee.
I would be happy if you are also open to common altivities and we can drink a beer together :)
Otherwise, you should have a sense of order and cleanliness as the two things are very important to me in a WG.

Da meine alten Mitbewohnerinnen einige Möbel beim Auszug wieder mitnehmen, handelt es sich um eine WG Neugründung. Falls du also noch Möbel in die WG einbringen möchtest, kannst du das gerne tun. Zudem käme ein Abschlag für Waschmaschine und ein paar weitere möbel auf dich zu. Ich bin mir sicher zu dritt können wir die Wohung schön und gemütlich einrichten.

Wenn du denkst, dass du gut in diese WG passt, dann erzähl mir doch gerne etwas über dich und vergiss nicht dein Lieblingsgetränk dazu zu schreiben ☺️
