18 m2 gemütliches Zimmer in Linden-Süd :)

Die Wohnung liegt in Linden-Süd in der Nähe vom Maschsee. Perfekt fürs morgendliche Joggen! Die Leine ist auch gleich um die Ecke und Schwarzer Bär ist auch schnell zu erreichen.
Zur Bahnhaltestelle "Stadionbrücke" kommt man in ca. 2 Minuten. Mit der Bahn ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt.

Das Rewe, Penny und Netto sind 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt und einige Kioske gleich um die Ecke. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten zu Fuß befindet man sich auf dem Naturpfad des Flusses Leine und den Seen.

The flat is located in Linden-Süd near to Maschsee, which is perfect for early jogging! Schwarzer Bär and Leine are not far away neither.
It takes more or less two minutes to go to the closest metro station „Stadionbrücke“. By this means, you are in around 5 minutes in the city center.

The Rewe, Penny, and Netto supermarkets are reachable 5-10 min by foot and some Kiosks downstairs and around the corner. With 5 more minutes' walk, you'll find yourself in the natural path of the Leine River and the lakes.

Wir haben einen architektonischen, gestalterischen und pädagogische Ausbildung und sind pflanzenfreundlich und umweltbewusst.

Nelli ist 24 und macht gerade einen Bundesfreiwilligendienst in einem Krankenhaus. Sie kommt aus einer Imkerfamilie, deshalb könnte sie stundenlang über Bienen und Honig reden. Sie ist gerne in der Natur und meditiert regelmäßig, aber... "Joey doesn't share food!" - Essen spielt für sie eine sehr große Rolle :D

Ferhad ist 26 und studiert Soziale Arbeit an der Hochschule Hannover. Er ist für tiefsinnige Gespräche und sehr sehr gerne auch für entspannte Koch Sessions zu haben. Vielleicht kannst du ihm beibringen wie man Zimmerpflanzen zu pflegen hat, weil er es leider mit dem mäßig Gießen noch nicht so drauf hat und Hilfe braucht! (Das ist natürlich kein Muss :D)

In der Wohnung sprechen wir Englisch, Deutsch und manchmal non-sense :) Wenn es sich zeitlich ergibt, schauen wir Filme, spielen Boardgames oder kochen zusammen - plötzliche Tanzpartys in der Küche sind auch nicht ungewöhnlich!

Nelli is 24 and is currently working on an internship/volunteer work in a hospital. She comes from a beekeepers' family, so she could talk about bees and honey for hours. She enjoys being in nature and meditates regularly, but... "Joey doesn't share food!" - Food plays an important role in her life :D

Ferhad is 26 and studies Social Work at the Hochschule Hannover. He is really down for deep talks and nice relaxing cooking sessions. Maybe you could teach him how to maintain room plants, because when he is watering the plants he isn't quite sure when it's enough water! (This is not a requirement :D)

In the apartment, we talk English, German, and sometimes non-sense :) When there's time, we watch movies, play board games, or cook together - sudden dance parties in the kitchen aren't that unusual as well!

Die Miete beträgt ca. 283 Euro pro Monat warm (inklusive aller Nebenkosten).
In dem Zimmer wird Paola fast alle Möbel lassen, außer das Bett und Sofa - Paola hat einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und ein Regal mit viel Mühe und Liebe selber gebaut :D Für die Übernahme der Möbel wird ein einmalige Gebühr von 500 Euro erhoben. Außerdem wird auch eine einmalige Gebühr von 250 Euro als Nutzungskosten der Wohnungsmaschinen erhoben. Es ist so wie eine "Kaution", die insgesamt 750 Euro beträgt.

Also falls du dir vorstellen kannst, Teil unserer WG zu werden, dann schreib uns doch etwas über dich. Je mehr du schreibst desto besser! :)

The rent is ca. 283 euros per month in total (including heating, lighting, etc.). For the room, Paola would like to leave almost all the furniture; bed and sofa will unfortunately not stay - by the by, Paola built herself the closet, desk and shelves with lots of love and effort :D So for taking over the furniture you'll need to pay a one-time fee of 500 euros. Moreover, for the general use of the apartment's equipment/gadgets, you'll need to pay a one-time fee of 250 euros. These will represent like a "Warranty": an amount of 750 euros in total.
