Rooms
The approximately 16m^2 large, very bright and quiet room has 2 large windows and goes out to the courtyard, which consists of a beautiful garden (which we can use). Despite the attic, it is not excessively hot and with open windows a balcony feeling is guaranteed. Thanks to the wood-paneled ceiling and the floor, the room gets a charming and personal flair.
Apartment:
Since the apartment has luxuriously 2 bathrooms, there is no stress for 4 people. Free evenings can be enjoyed, for example, in our large living room (approx. 60sqm) and you can mutilate wonderfully on the sofa. Our fitted kitchen also offers everything you need regularly for (over) life: stove, oven, 2 refrigerators with respective freezers.
The apartment also has a large, dry basement.
In the details it is stated that in the apartment there are night storage stoves, but for two years we have modern electric heaters that can be controlled ultra comfortably via a thermostat. I just left night storage stations because there was no electric heating as a choice.
The WG is beautifully located in a quiet residential settlement between the canal and the Eilenriede, which invites you to extensive walks.
At the same time you are super fast in the center. At the railway station Pelikanstraße, which can be reached in no less than 10 minutes by foot, you can reach the main railway station in about 10 minutes and thus in the centre.
A net is directly at the railway station Pelikanstraße and a Lidl approx. 15 min walking distance.
WG life
Currently living beside me, Kenny, still , Sara (27) Theresa (30)
and Arya (27) in the WG.
Sara is a social educator and in January he will start a new job in stationary integration aid.
In addition, she would like to bring a smaller to medium-sized dog to the WG soon. She's still looking for a loving and tolerable dog, but it would be important that you have nothing against animal roommates...
Theresa moved in with her cat Nala, so you shouldn't have a problem with animals. She moved from Kiel and just arrived. She is on job search here (biotechnologist) and studies in parttime psychology. She likes to go with a WG evening or during spontaneous celebration, but also appreciates the retreat and rest depending on the day:)
More information about Arya will come soon.
I don't think that I can list all the important and relevant facts about my roommates and just invite you to come by and get to know these dear people themselves.
We are a tolerant bunch with a social attitude and we are very important to a value-adding, tolerant one.
Since we are no longer in the early 20's student life, it would be desirable if you are already (at least lifestyle) U25;)
We are all equal tenants in the rental agreement. If we have chosen an after-renter*in, the person must send the usual information (self-departure, Schufa (request now) ) to the house administration, whereupon a supplement of the rental contract is made to document the change in the WG. With all everyday topics such as tranquility, cleanliness and the like, open communication has proved itself.
In itself, living together with us is rather calm. Most of the time, we spontaneously get in touch with each other when we walk along the way and then meet for WG evenings, joint activities or just sink into conversations on our huge corner couch.
You'll notice that this just happens when you tell each other about upcoming plans.
So far, the apartment has always been occupied with two men and two women, which we find basically good. However, we would like to miss a great person, which is why we invite all people to report to us regardless of sexual identity or origin.
