Your place in a cozy WG Dein Platz in einer gemütlichen WG

We are very centrally located, in our street are directly a few restaurants and the Astor cinema.
The subway is approx. 10-15 min walk, otherwise you will come with the bike in 5-10 minutes for shopping and university.

Wir sind sehr zentral gelegen, in unserer Straß sind direkt ein paar Restaurants und das Astor Kino.
Zur U-Bahn sind es ca. 10-15 min zu Fuß, ansonsten kommst du mit dem Rad in 5-10 Minuten zum Einkaufen und der Uni.

You'd live with four dear people, who sometimes do something together, cook together or watch something, celebrate, but without being forced. If you need your rest, we take care of each other.

Caro, studies teaching staff and lives in Hanover for a few years. From time to time, she bakes something and likes to go.

Chiara studies WiWi and is always for a conversation in our kitchen. In addition to studying, she has engaged in various initiatives and jobs, so she has very good connections in some areas.

Kai also studies WiWi and nanotechnology. He also knows very well in Hanover, is on the move more often and lives a little longer in the city.

Johannes lives the longest in the WG and swings weekly between North Germany and Hanover, as he works here and mainly where he lives differently.

Du würdest mit vier lieben Menschen zusammenwohnen, die auch ab und zu mal etwas zusammen machen, gemeinsam kochen oder etwas schauen, feiern gehen, aber ohne zwang. Wenn man seine Ruhe braucht, und an sich nehmen wir Rücksicht aufeinander.

Caro, studiert Lehramt und wohnt schon ein paar Jahre in Hannover. Ab und zu backt sie mal etwas und ist gerne unterwegs.

Chiara studiert WiWi und ist immer für ein Gespräch in unserer Wohnküche zu haben. Neben dem Studium hat sie sich in verschiedenen initiativen und Jobs engagiert, sie hat also ganz gute connections in manche Bereiche.

Kai studiert ebenfalls WiWi und dazu noch Nanotechnologie. Er kennt sich auch ganz gut in Hannover aus, ist öfter unterwegs und lebt schon ein bisschen länger in der Stadt.

Johannes wohnt am längsten in der WG und pendelt Wochenweise zwischen Norddeutschland und Hannover, da er hier arbeitet und hauptsächlich wo anders wohnt.

Topic rental agreement:
We are looking for a person who can imagine taking over the main rental contract. This means you rent the apartment with our landlord and then rent it to the four others. I'm currently doing this with Johannes. But our landlord wants to set up a nine rental contract. It should run 24 or more months, so it would be good if you were to stay here in the medium term. You would probably take over the main rental without John, as he cannot be bound for the next two years.
This with the main rental and sub-rent has worked well for us so far, as we take care of the apartment independently of the contracts. Our landlord would then want to see from you a proof of salary or a guarantee and a Schufa (request now) return. This for the info. We'll discuss that.

Dates:
We would like to meet in the WG between 11.04 and 19.04.
We are flexible at the start of rental, from 15.04.2024

Thema Mietvertrag:
Wir suchen eine Person die sich vorstellen kann, den Hauptmietvertrag zu übernehmen. Das bedeutet dass du die Wohnung bei unserer Vermieterin mietest und dann an die vier anderen unter-vermietest. Aktuell mache ich das mit Johannes zusammen. Unsere Vermieterin möchte aber einen neunen Mietvertrag aufsetzen. Dieser soll 24 mindestens Monate laufen, es wäre also gut, wenn du vor hast mittelfristig hier zu bleiben. Du würdest voraussichtlich ohne Johannes die Hauptmiete übernehmen, da er nicht die nächsten zwei Jahre gebunden sein kann.
Das mit der Hauptmiete und Untermiete hat für uns bisher gut funktioniert, da wir uns unabhängig von den Verträgen gemeinsam um die Wohnung kümmern. Unsere Vermieterin würde von dir dafür dann einen Gehaltsnachweis, bzw. Bürgschaft und eine Schufa-Auskunft sehen wollen. Das schon mal zur Info. Das besprechen wir dann noch.

Termine:
Wir möchten die Treffen in der WG zwischen dem 11.04 und 19.04 durchführen.
Wir sind beim Mietbeginn flexibel, ab dem 15.04.2024
