Wir suchen eine*n Nachmieter*In für zwei unserer Wg Zimmer!
Zwei von uns ziehen zum gleichen Zeitpunkt aus (01.08) und daher bieten wir hier gleich zwei Zimmer.
Zimmer 1 ist 20 Qm Groß und hat ein schön großes Fenster, welches den Blick ins Grüne frei gibt und auf eine kaum befahrene Straße. Zudem einen schönen Paket Fußboden!
Zimmer 2 ist 12qm Groß und hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof raus, welcher ebenso ruhig ist.
Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer und liegt direkt an der Christuskirche, also 1 Laufminute entfernt von der Bahnhaltestelle. Das Hauptgebäude, sowohl der Conti Campus sind ca 3 Laufminuten entfernt und der Edamm befindet sich direkt um die Ecke.
Preislich liegt das kleinere Zimmer warm bei 370Euro monatlich.
Beide Zimmer werden unmöbliert weitergegeben.
Wir suchen jemand zwischen 23-33 Jahren, Geschlecht egal aber Geselligkeit, Sauberkeit und Offenheit ist sehr wichtig!
Euer zukünftiger Mitbewohner (31) hat soeben seine Masterarbeit fertiggestellt, spielt gerne Gitarre und geht bei gutem Wetter gerne nebenan in den Park.
Mit schwerem Herzen werden wir zwei die Wg verlassen, aber hatten immer eine gute Zeit beim gemeinsamen, Kochen, Quatschen und raus gehen. Es ist keine Zweck Wg!

We are looking for a new tenant for two of our rooms!
Two out of us three are moving out at the same time (01.08) and therefore we are offering two empty rooms.
Room 1 is 20 square meters large and has a nice big window, which gives a view of the greenery and a hardly frequented street. It also has a beautiful parcel floor!
Room 2 is 12 square meters and has a window to the backyard, which is also quiet.
The apartment has a living room and is located directly at the Christuskirche, 1 minute walk from the train station. The main building and the Conti Campus are about a 3-minute walk away and the Edamm is just around the corner.
The price for the smaller room is 370 euros per month.
Both rooms will be passed on unfurnished.
We are looking for someone between 23-33 years old, gender doesn't matter but sociability, cleanliness and openness are very important!
Your future roommate (31) has just finished his master's thesis, likes to play the guitar and likes to go to the park next door when the weather is good.
It is with a heavy heart that the two of us will be leaving the flat share, but we always had a good time cooking together, chatting and going out. It's not a purpose flat!
