we are Ines and Pelin and are looking for a new / n roommate for our cozy WG in the north for April or May.
Pelin (27) makes a doctor in sociology and works part-time at the university. She is either out through her 9 to 5 or is completely in the home office for the discs and does not leave her room. - Otherwise, Pelin likes to play tennis, bake, and goes to sports very much.
Ines (24) is currently studying social sciences in the fifth semester. In her free time she likes to go to yoga, is on her way with friends in Hannover or takes care of her plants.
We are looking for an open-minded person who would like to sit on a chat with us in the kitchen. We go from reality TV to politics, to sport and everything that just goes through your head, back and forth:) We sometimes use evenings for spontaneous activities, anything can, nothing has to! We do not have a cleaning plan, as this has worked so far and would be happy if it remained!
Since it's possible that we both move out for the fall, it would be important that you are ready to take over the new main rental.
The arrival date may be mid-April, but it would also be possible to move in early April or May.
The room is relatively square and has a large window. The ceilings are about 3 m high in the entire apartment. There is a hallway bathroom with window and a kitchen. So no common living room but the kitchen offers enough space to sit together.:)

Pelin (27) macht einen Doktor in Soziologie und arbeitet Teilzeit an der Uni. Sie ist entweder durch ihren 9 to 5 draußen unterwegs oder ist komplett im Home-Office für die Diss und verlässt ihr Zimmer nicht. 🤫 Ansonsten spielt Pelin gerne Tennis, backt gerne, und geht sehr gerne und regelmäßig zum Sport
Ines (24) studiert gerade im fünften Semester Sozialwissenschaften. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne zum Yoga, ist mit Freunden in Hannover unterwegs oder kümmert sich um ihre Pflanzen 🪴
Wir suchen eine aufgeschlossene Person, der/die gerne mal auf einen Plausch mit uns in der Küche sitzt. Bei uns geht es thematisch von Reality TV, bis Politik, zu Sport und allem, was einem gerade so durch den Kopf geht, hin und her :) Abende nutzen wir manchmal für spontane Aktivitäten, alles kann, nichts muss! Wir haben keinen Putzplan, da das bisher auch so funktioniert hat und würden uns freuen, wenn es dabei bleibt! 🧹 🧹
Da es möglich ist, dass wir beide zum Herbst ausziehen, wäre es wichtig, dass du bereit bist, die neue Hauptmiete zu übernehmen.
Der Einzugstermin kann Mitte April sein, aber es wäre auch ein Einzug Anfang April oder Mai möglich.
Das Zimmer ist relativ quadratisch geschnitten und hat ein großes Fenster. Die Decken sind circa 3 m hoch in der gesamten Wohnung. Es gibt einen Flur Bad mit Fenster und eine Küche. Also kein gemeinschaftliches Wohnzimmer aber die Küche bietet genug Platz zum beisammensitzen. :)
