Nordlage, daher im Sommer nicht zu überhitzt jedoch genügend Licht durch hohe Fenster und optische Größe durch hohe Räume.
Nordstadt, direkt an der LUH, REWE und DM 2 min entfernt. Stadtbahnen 4/5 als auch 6/11 2-3min fußläufig zu erreichen.
Da dies meine erste eigene Wohnung ist, habe ich ständig Freunde zu Besuch.
Ein optimaler WG Partner/inn sollte auf jeden Fall kein Problem mit anderen Leuten haben, gerne auch selbst Besuch einladen.
Kochen aufgrund der Nähe zur Uni-Mensa ca. 2 mal die Woche, gerne zusammen oder auch mit Freunden.
Sauberkeit: Ich selbst räume täglich mit ein paar Handgriffen auf, sodass die Wohnung immer einen wohnlichen Eindruck verschafft und man sich wohl fühlt. 1 mal die Woche (bzw. je nach Bedarf) wird gesaugt etc.
