In meiner Wohnung ist ab Februar ein Zimmer zu vergeben, da meine Mitbewohnerin mit ihrem Freund zusammen zieht :)
Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß, unmöbliert (bei Interesse würde sie ihr Bett verkaufen), eine Wand ist dunkelgrün gestrichen, das Fenster ist Richtung Innenhof.
Die Wohnung ist direkt bei der Christuskirche, man ist also in 1-2min bei der Haltestelle und schnell beim Conti-Campus/Herrenhausen/etc.
REWE/Netto/dm sind ca 500m entfernt und mit dem Rad ist man in 5min in der Innenstadt.
Bis zur MHH sind es mit der Stadtbahn ca 25min.
Zu mir: ich studiere im Master an der LUH, gehe 2x die Woche schwimmen (als es noch ging), zocke oft, liebe Kino und verreise unheimlich gerne. Es sollte keine Zweck-WG sein, also wenn man ab und zu zusammen Filme guckt, eine Pizza bestellt oder eine Runde Mario Kart zockt, fände ich es sehr cool :)
Schreib mir hier und erzähl ein wenig über dich selbst, Besichtigungstermin wird dann noch festgelegt, am besten mit Maske 😬
Wer selbst kein Geld verdient braucht außerdem eine Bescheinigung von den Eltern für den Vermieter ✌🏻
