Hey, ich bin Alina, 30 Jahre jung und wohne aktuell alleine in der Wohnung.
Jedoch muss ich gestehen, dass sie mir alleine etwas groß ist und dazu kommt, dass ich beruflich häufig unterwegs bin.
Ich bin eine sehr umgängliche Person mit einer positiven Lebenseinstellung, gesellig, ordnungsliebhaben, nicht “zickig” oder ähnliches und häufig unterwegs. 😀
Bei der Whg handelt es sich um ein wahres Schmuckstück!
Sanierter Altbau, 120 qm, perfekte Lage, nette Nachbarn, ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und lichtdurchflutet.
Sie ist zuden komplett neu möbeliert und ich kann garantieren, dass du dich pudelwohl fühlen wirst.
Du findest alles, was das Herz begehrt:
Balkon, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Badewanne, Wasserfilterautomat,…
Und es gibt ein Gäste-WC :)
Die Lage ist perfekt. Fußläufig sind es nur 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Eilenriede.
Die Lister Meile ist auch nur ein Katzensprung entfernt.
Mir ist es natürlich wichtig, dass die Chemie auf beiden Seiten passt. Deshalb freue ich mich auf ein Kennenlernen :)
