The entire old building apartment was refurbished and we would be the first to receive it in February or March as a new WG. In addition to a freshly renovated bathroom, there is a new large kitchen that offers plenty of space and storage space. It is also equipped with a dishwasher and a large refrigerator. It is attached to an open living area that allows enough space for a large seating group and a social gathering. From the kitchen and the living area we will have access to a balcony that will be retrofitted in spring. This will cover the entire length of the living and kitchen area and accordingly provide enough space.
Overall, the white painted apartment has three bedrooms. I'll get one of them. Your 12 square meter room departs from the living area and offers a large window that floods the room. Like the entire apartment, it is equipped with a freshly worked floor.
The apartment is located two to three minutes walk from the subway station Sedanstraße / Lister Meile. The main railway station, the Eilenriede and various cafés and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance.
Hey! I am Isi, 25 years old, and retire in spring to beautiful Hanover. Over the past few years I have lived in WGs and have always enjoyed living together. Therefore, I would like to re-establish a WG in Hanover and have found this beautiful old building.
Shortly to myself, so that you get an impression of who just writes here: For the last few years I have studied medicine in the Rhineland and will start work in the spring in my home country Hannover. The last year of my studies I lived in Switzerland and further developed my love for nature - on weekends I am happy to travel during cycling or hiking. But I am also very happy to enjoy the city again after my Swiss village life. Cosy cafes and pub evenings have been sown in the past few months as well as concerts and museums and I look forward to having everything in the city again! For the new period of life in Hanover, I have also undertaken to resume some hobbies from studying and schooling, such as rowing (if not too professional;)) and tennis games. For a few weeks, I've developed a new fascination for crocheting and I'm really busy crocheting scrunchies.
From the WG composition, I introduce myself to a group of three roommates aged 24 to 30 who are employed. As I said, it is important to me that it is not a purpose WG, but that there is an interest in joint ventures such as a cooking or games evening. On the other hand, just as I have, I wish to understand the requests for withdrawal. Cleanliness and order are obvious to me in a WG. It is also important to me in my living environment to have a positive and beneficial basic mood, a good communication and an open attitude with a view to the positive in man. I myself am a non-smoker and would like to maintain this as a non-smoker budget in the WG :)
Because two of the three rooms are free, the "first" will also be able to get to know the third person in the covenant:)

The dishwasher, fridge and kitchen are also rented. A washing machine connection consists in the kitchen, but a washing machine should be purchased.
The contract of the apartment is not yet signed. With the landlord, however, it is agreed that I place the apartment online at WG request. If you report and match it, I would contact him as soon as possible after agreement for a contract signature.
