we are Naemi, Philipp and Bernadette and will soon leave our beloved apartment in the East City. Since we are all going to move out, you can set up a new WG here :) The first room, which becomes free, is that of Bernadette (here you would first move in). The room is 11 m2 (is the smallest but also the cheapest room;)) and has a window to the south side. The attic apartment is overall very individually cut, 64m2 large and has its own sweet charm. Since we were in the 5th. OG live here a lot of sun (especially with the two rooms on the south side). We built the kitchen 4.5 years ago and is therefore still in a very good condition. The hall offers plenty of room to dry laundry, but can also be used well for beer pong.
Many things we bought 4 years ago, we'd hand over to you so that you don't have to worry about everything when you're re-established. For this we would require a discount of 200€ (washing machine, kitchen, industrial goods, bathroom furniture)

wir sind Naemi, Philipp und Bernadette und verlassen demnächst unsere lieb gewonnene Wohnung in der Oststadt. Da wir alle nach einander ausziehen werden, kannst du hier eine neue WG gründen :) Das erste Zimmer was frei wird, ist das von Bernadette (hier würdest du dann erstmal einziehen). Das Zimmer ist 11 m2 groß (ist das kleinste aber auch günstigste Zimmer ;)) und hat ein Fenster zur Südseite. Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist insgesamt sehr individuell geschnitten, 64m2 groß und hat ihren eigenen süßen Charme. Da wir im 5. OG wohnen kommt hier viel Sonne rein (insbesondere bei den zwei Zimmern auf der Südseite). Die Küche haben wir vor 4,5 Jahren eingebaut und ist deshalb noch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Flur bietet viel Platz zum Wäsche trocknen, kann aber auch gut für Bierpong genutzt werden.
Viele Sachen, die wir vor 4 Jahren gekauft haben, würden wir dir übergeben, sodass du dich bei einer Neugründung nicht um alles kümmern musst. Dafür würden wir einen Abschlag von 200€ verlangen (Waschmaschine, Küche, Flursachen, Badmöbel)
