Beautiful WG - room in super central location at the Weißekreuzplatz Schönes WG - Zimmer in super zentraler Lage am Weißekreuzplatz

The apartment is very central, directly at the Weißekreuzplatz, behind the main railway station and thus at the beginning of the lister mile, in the East town with many beautiful old buildings.

Despite the central location, the WG is quiet because you do not hear the station and the garden is very peaceful. Even the street and life outside the door are not audible in your room.

A supermarket is located directly opposite, the main railway station is reachable in less than seven minutes, from there almost all trams go. The city forest, the Eilenriede, is just a few steps away, as is the next kiosk, which is no 100 meters away. The lister mile is just a minute walk away. You're so central that you can get anywhere quickly, but still in a beautiful residential area with lots of green around you.

Bicycles can be parked either in the basement or in the garden, which can also be used otherwise. The parking situation is a bit difficult, but not hopeless – usually you will find a free parking nearby.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt am Weißekreuzplatz, hinter dem Hauptbahnhof und somit am Anfang der Lister Meile, in der Oststadt mit vielen schönen Altbauhäusern.

Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die WG ruhig, da man den Bahnhof nicht hört und der Garten sehr friedlich ist. Auch die Straße und das Leben vor der Tür sind in deinem Zimmer nicht hörbar.

Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber, der Hauptbahnhof ist in weniger als sieben Gehminuten erreichbar, von dort fahren fast alle Straßenbahnen. Der Stadtwald, die Eilenriede, ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, ebenso der nächste Kiosk, der keine 100 Meter entfernt ist. Die Lister Meile ist nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Du bist so zentral, dass du schnell überall hinkommst, aber trotzdem in einer schönen Wohngegend mit viel Grün um dich herum.

Fahrräder können entweder im Kellerraum oder im Garten abgestellt werden, der auch sonst mitgenutzt werden darf. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig, aber nicht hoffnungslos – meistens findest du einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe.

We are a colourful, mixed WG and mostly working. Our roommate Iona has a serious heart, and now we are looking for a person who has arrived either in the first job or in studies and doesn't want to go out again after six months, but really enjoys WG life.

We all have our own daily routine and are also much on the go, but we also like to spend time together – whether on the balcony or in the common living room, at dinner together or at one of the monthly cooking evenings. So if you want to take part in a game night from time to time or to have a conversation with your roommates, you'll feel comfortable here.

We have a rotating cleaning plan in which various household tasks for the WG are divided. We also share common expenses such as toilet paper, oil, cleaning agents etc.

To your possible WG fellowmen:

Amelie (sie/ihr/23) works in the youth work in Hannover from April. She spends her spare time with gaming, reading, swimming, Germanrap and friends. In the WG life, it is always for a chat or joint activities.

Frederik (24) is just thinking about what career it is going on for him. He likes to spend his spare time on the computer and shocks. Also he often does sports and turns his rounds in the Eilenriede.

Arne (er/ihm/27) moved to Hanover for his engineering job a year ago. He is company-loving, loves nature and likes to work handicraft. He also cooks passionately and is active at foodsharing. In his spare time he likes to sail on a traditional sailor and volunteers at the technical aid.

Wir sind eine bunte, gemischte WG und größtenteils berufstätig. Unsere Mitbewohnerin Iona zieht schweren Herzens aus, und nun suchen wir eine Person, die entweder im ersten Job oder im Studium angekommen ist und nicht schon nach sechs Monaten wieder ausziehen möchte, sondern wirklich Lust auf das WG-Leben hat.

Wir haben alle unseren eigenen Tagesablauf und sind auch viel unterwegs, aber wir verbringen auch gerne Zeit zusammen – sei es auf dem Balkon oder im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer, beim gemeinsamen Abendessen oder bei einem der monatlichen Kochabende. Wenn du also Lust hast, ab und zu an einem Spielabend teilzunehmen oder das ein oder andere Gespräch mit deinen Mitbewohnern zu führen, wirst du dich hier wohlfühlen.

Wir haben einen rotierenden Putzplan, bei dem verschiedene Haushaltsaufgaben für die WG aufgeteilt werden. Gemeinsame Ausgaben wie Klopapier, Öl, Reinigungsmittel etc. teilen wir ebenfalls.

Zu deinen möglichen WG Mitmenschen:

Amelie (sie/ihr/23) arbeitet ab April in der Jugendarbeit in Hannover. Ihre Freizeit verbringt sie mit gaming, lesen, schwimmen, Deutschrap und Freunden. Im WG-Leben ist sie immer für einen Plausch oder gemeinsame Aktivitäten zu haben.

Frederik (24) ist gerade am Überlegen in welche berufliche Richtung es für ihn weitergeht. Seine Freizeit verbringt er gerne am Computer und zockt. Auch macht er häufig Sport und dreht seine Runden in der Eilenriede.

Arne (er/ihm/27) ist vor einem Jahr für seinen Ingenieursjob nach Hannover gezogen. Er ist unternehmenslustig, liebt die Natur und ist gerne handwerklich tätig. Außerdem kocht er leidenschaftlich und ist bei foodsharing aktiv. In seiner Freizeit segelt er gerne auf einem traditionellen Großsegler und engagiert sich ehrenamtlich beim Technischen Hilfswerk.

The rent includes all additional costs, including gas, electricity, water, GEZ, Internet, household insurance and maintenance costs – all you need.

Our WG offers a shared living room where you can use our Netflix account. In addition, we have fiber optic internet, a game collection, a private bar and a barbecue area in the garden.
