Da ich relativ kurzfristig für ein Praktikum umziehe, suche ich vom 16 Oktober bis zum 16 März einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer in Hannover. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m2 groß und wird möbiliert übergeben (Bett, 2 Regale, Schreibtisch). Die Wohnung hat noch zwei weitere Zimmer in denen Jasper (Mechatronikstudent) und Daniel (Architekturstudent) wohnen. Desweiteren gibt es ein Bad und eine Küche, sowie einen Fahradkeller.. Im Mietpreis von 220 Euro ist alles (Nebenkosten, Internet...) enthalten.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rand von Hannover, aber die Anbindung mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut. Bis zue Uni sind es ca. 20min. mit der Straßenbahn, bis zur Innenstadt ca 25min. Eine Edeka befindet sich ca 10 min. zu Fuß entfernt, etwas weiter weg gibt es auch einen Rewe.
Zum WG-Leben gibt es nicht allzu viel zu sagen, da wir erst seit letztem Jahr zusammen dort wohnen, ich würde es allerdings als eher unkompliziert und ruhig beschreiben, da jeder die meiste Zeit mit seinem Studium beschäftigt ist.
