The room is 16sqm and very bright. The window shows in a quiet residential street. The room is adjacent to the staircase and to an outside wall. The window is equipped with a splice and can be opened completely.

Since this is an intermediate rental I leave all my furniture, except for the bed, there. I cleared the closets. So you have to bring your bed or mattress, otherwise the room is equipped.

The apartment consists of a large living room (party suitable), a separate entrance to the backyard (in which you can also breakfast in the morning) and the kitchen offers enough space for several people. In summer the apartment is very cool through the ground floor. There are enough radiators in every room, but the floor is slightly fresh and it is recommended to wear slippers in the winter months. We have a large basement compartment by also being able to park bicycles. We also have a spacious, internal bathroom with ventilation, which has both a shower and a bathtub.

The apartment is located in the middle of the southern city of Hanover and has a perfect location for all grocery stores (Aldi, Lidl, net, Edeka, Rewe, Alnatura, DM, Rossmann, construction market and pharmacies). The nearest bus stop (Stolzestraße), with direct connection to the main railway station, is within walking distance approx. 4 min away and the next railway station (Braunreinr Platz) is within walking distance about 8 min. There is also a S-Bahn station in 15 minutes on foot. By bike you reach the city centre in 10 min. and the Leibniz-Uni takes 15-20 min. The university can be reached in less than 15 minutes by train. In the evening the southern city is very safe and you can also get home at night by public transport. In principle, the southern city is one of the most beautiful districts. The parking situation is easy during the day, but it will be very difficult to find a parking place from 6 pm. The A2 and the A7 can be reached easily and quickly via the trade fair speed path.

We are a 4 WG that has always understood very well and we like to have friends around us. We often have cooking evenings, barbecues in the yard or simply coffee and cakes. Due to a variety of game consoles, there is always entertainment program. In short, we are not a purpose WG!

In short:

Tom is now living here the longest, he is 24 years old and studies medicine. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his friends. Then is super tasty cooked, played together or went into a pub in the evening.

In summer, Tobi, 27 years old. He studies dual social work in the 3rd semester. Tobi likes to be out and with friends. He is also active in the Poetry Slam scene of Hanover and likes to cook.

Our WG Küken Lene is very fresh to start our studies. She is 21 years old and studies Tiemedizin. In her spare time she likes to travel with friends or at the hockey.

I am Jana and will now leave Hanover for a practical semester. My dog Pelle is one of my own who will naturally move. But maybe you'll find a dog hair in the one or the other corner haha. I'm happy to hear from you!
