Love WG seekers,
from March (01.03., but also at the beginning of February) a room will be free in the Heinrich-Stamme-WG.
The apartment is 110sqm - with a kitchen (+balcon), which invites you to stay (whether for coffee breaks, work sessions or weekend breakfasts), a cozy living room (with dining table and balcony) and a storage room (with room for laundry). Your room is about 18sqm and is located on the quiet and green courtyard. Because the apartment is located in a small side street, it is very quiet. And also the walls inside the apartment are very thick, so you have your rest whenever you want it:).
To the apartment there is an attic and a basement, so there is more than enough parking space.
From the WG everything you need is within walking distance. In various supermarkets you can be in 5 min, just like bakers, old glass containers, pharmacies, some hairdressers, delicious pizza shops or kiosks. The U-
Railway stations "Marienstraße" and
"Braunreinrplatz" is reached in 5-7 min and the bus stop "Lutherstraße" is also quickly reached in 3 min. In a few minutes by bike you can also find a construction market, DM and a large E-Center. Some bars and restaurants can also be found in the many side streets of the southern city.
We, Daniela and Sarah are looking forward to living together with a:m roommate:in, who likes to spend a nice WG evening, with exciting conversations, exciting film evenings or Indian food. Of course, we are also excited and open to what you bring into the common WG life :)
In short, Daniela is 35 and works as a biologist in the field of biomedicine at MHH. In general, she likes to go to concerts or to football/handball games and has recently also been a bit more regular for fitness. With a common coffee or tea in the kitchen, there are always lively conversations. On beautiful days it is not rare that you arrive on the street during a walk.
Sarah is 32 years old and works as a dental specialist She enjoys a relaxed living and is always for a chat, a common cooking or a walk.
In addition to the job she likes to travel and tries to keep fit, in gym, inliner driving and swimming.
She is looking forward to meeting you
Since we have already entered the professional life and appreciate a similar everyday life, you fit well into the WG as a working person.
The deposit of 300€ applies to past WG purchases such as a new oven with stove.
The specified rent is incl. GEZ,
Internet, electricity, gas, household and the general additional costs of the household (winter service, industrial cleaning, etc.). So there's nothing more to it!
