Da unsere dritte Mitbewohnerin auszieht, suchen wir ein(e) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in).
Franki ist 31Jahre und ich bin 25Jahre jung.
Das Zimmer ist jetzt schon frei und jetzt schon zu beziehen.
die Lage:
2 U-Bahn-Stationen vom Kröpke bzw Stadtmitte(Marienstraße,Linie 4 5 6 11) oder 3Bus-Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof(Lutherstraße,Linie 121),
Nähe Tier-Med.Hochschule.sehr gute Verbindung zur Messe und Hochschule.
schöne Lage ist sehr beliebt,kein Verkehrslärm dennoch sehr zentral gelegen und nah am Maschsee.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie
PENNY,LIDL,REWE,NETTO,HAGEBAU können wir schnell(<5Min) erreichen.
sonstiges:
große Fahrradstellplätze
in unser großen Küche ist alles (wie Kühlschrank+neue Waschmaschine+Backofen) vorhanden.
Zum Teil ist das freie Zimmer mit Bett und 2Schränken unentgeltlich möbeliert.
