Da mein Mitbewohner bald auszieht, suche ich zum 1. Juli einen neuen Mitbewohner. Ich heiße Moritz, bin 27 Jahre alt und im Bachelorstudiengang zum Lehramtstudium. Das frei werdende Zimmer ist 22 qm groß, hat einen kleinen Erker und liegt zur Nordseite.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Südstadt und sehr zentral. Bis zur U-Bahnstation sind es ca 200 m und 5 Gehminuten zum Aegidientorplatz. Außerdem liegt sie nahe am Maschsee. Alles was man so braucht (Bäcker, Rewe, Netto, Rossmann...) sind innerhalb von 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mein Mitbewohner und ich sind im selben Studiengang, weshalb wir diese WG nicht nur aus Zweckgründen gegründet haben. Dies soll auch weiterhin so bleiben und mein neuer Mitbewohner sollte Lust haben auch mal etwas zu unternehmen.
ich studiere Berufsschullehramt und arbeite nebenbei. Ansonsten bin ich viel unterwegs, gehe abends gerne feiern und was man sonst so als Student macht.
