Ubicacion muy centrico en Südstadt, cerca de todo lo que necesitas: transporte publico no puede estar mas cerca, tiendas y supermerkcados, Maschsee-lago, a restaurantes, tiendas, supermercados, la bibliotheca publica etc. De aca nada está lejos.

Sehr zentral in Südstadt: Restaurants, Eisdiele, Supermärkte, Biergärten, Läden, Markt, Maschsee, Stadtbibliothek, Innenstadt - alles ganz in der Nähe. Die Fußgängerzone in Laufdistanz. Für Dein Fahrrad ist Platz im Keller wenn Du es nicht vor dem Haus anschließen willst.

We are in the center of Hannover Südstadt, Stadtbahn station "Geibelstr." is right in front of the building (underground). The main Hannover Train station is reached in a few minutes. Maschsee Lake is a short walk. Great little restaurants+delis are close by as well as supermarkets, bakeries, ice cream shops, bookstores, kiosks, micro brewery, beergardens etc. There is a open-air market on fridays in the neighborhood, the public library and a thursday movie theater are in walking distance. If you bring a bike there is room in the basement for it.

Wir freuen uns auf Deine Mail, die gern auch in deutsch sein kann - ich bin in Berlin geboren und aufgewachsen. Die 2.Mitbewohnerin macht gerade ihre Deutschprüfungen, um als Ärztin anzufangen, die andere Mitbewohnerin hat eine Arztstelle nach Approbation in einer anderen Stadt angenommen.

In den Nebenkosten sind GEZ und Abschlag für Wasser, Gas und Strom enthalten. Du kannst unser WIFI Netz mitnutzen. Der Untermietvertrag geht bis Ende Juni 2026 (verlängerbar). Bitte melde Dich nur, wenn Du die Miete selbst pünktlich zahlen kannst und Nicht-Raucher bist, keine Tiere hast, kein Amt.
