My name is Karam (25), I am currently studying Mechatronics in the 3rd semester at Hanover University and I am quite often at home when I am finished with my lectures. I like to cook and spend time with my roommates and would always be playing cards, board games or gaming. I am a relaxed and quiet type, I like watching movies and series, playing table tennis and sometimes soccer with friends.

In der Gesamtmiete ist alles enthalten (inklusive Internet und GEZ). Der Eigentümer möchte, dass alle Mieter*innen eine Haftpflichtversicherung abschließen, was ganz einfach online möglich ist.
40€ Abschlag wäre für den Staubsauger, die Waschmaschine und die Garderobe.


Der Einzug wäre zum 01.06 bis 30.09.

The total rent is gonna include everything including internet and GEZ (TV-fees). The owner would like all the tenants to have liability insurance which is really easy to do online.

The contract is gonna be about 9 months long, because the owner might want move in afterwards, but there is a possibility they don't. In that case we could stay as long as we want.

Moving in date is 01.06 till 30.09
