A fully furnished cozy and spacious room in a 3 bedroom apartment to be shared with two roommates. The room have a big bed, a wardrobe, desk, chair a book shelf. The apartment gets a lot of fresh air since its on the top floor. The kitchen is fully equippped with washing machine, dryer, dish washer, coffee machine and fridge and other essentials.

Supermarket is just down the street, one REWE 1 min and another REWE 5 mins walk away. City center is 20 mins by walk and Leibniz university is 20 mins by walk. By bike it shall take about 6-7 mins. The apartment is in a nice residential district, away from the noise.

My roommate has moved out and have a room available for rent. I work at Leibniz University as a Scientific Programmer and enjoy a relaxed and friendly living environment.

I’m looking for a non-smoking roommate who respects the space, does not bring unannounced overnight guests, Does not make huge noises after 10:00 PM as I prefer to sleep early and participates in cleaning the apartment once or twice a week. Responsibilities are shared equally to maintain a comfortable living space. I am a working person, and generally prefer peaceful quite environment at home. Chilling once in a while at weekend is fine but its not a student house with parties. So please read this carefully before applying to the room.
