Hey you! I'm looking for two cool people from September to start a WG in this centrally located furnished apartment with loft character.
There are two rooms that one has 15sqm and the other 12sqm, both would be painted and furnished in advance depending on the arrangement. Both have large windows and a beautiful view. Clear Selling Point, however, is the divided living area: The apartment is divided into two floors and comprises 115qm + 27qm terrace and has a direct connection to the cellar with guest bathroom (additional 25qm). On the first floor is the light-flooded open kitchen and the living room with views of the Eilenriede and the adjoining terrace in the courtyard. Both kitchen and living room and terrace are furnished and fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, freezer, dishes and all possible kitchen appliances. The living room has a large TV and surround system, a cozy, extendable couch and a stylish furnishings. The terrace is accessible via a sliding door and convinces especially in summer with high-quality garden furniture. The floor covering on the 1st floor is stone and on the 2nd floor real wood parquet.
The entire back of the apartment has a glass front, which is why the apartment is always bright, but can also be blocked with blinds light and heat. The bathroom, as well as all three bedrooms and a kabuff, are located on the 2nd floor. The available rooms are 15sqm and 12sqm. The bathroom is large enough for three people with two sinks, a shower, a large bathtub and toilet. A second toilet in the guest bathroom with washing machine and dryer is located in the basement, which is located on the ground floor. Here is also the door leading to the bicycle cellar. In addition, the apartment also has an associated garage in the house.

The location in Hanover could not be more perfect: in the beautiful zoo district with perfect views to the green. At night you can also feel safe as a woman and by bike or bus it takes 5min to downtown. With the car you are almost everywhere in Hanover within 15min. In walking distance you also have a sweet cafe and a few restaurants and also the next supermarket is only 400m away.
About me
I am Majoli, 24, and I come from Hanover, which is why I know all nice spots here. I am relatively uncomplicated/released and very creative, close, for example, many of my garments themselves and I am also generally very aesthetically and fashion-interested. From October I am studying Wiwi in the Master and trying to go on professionally towards social media. Besides, I like to cook much & predominantly vegan (not to brag, but my friends are obsessed with what I cook). Go to Gym now, but don't identify me with the Gym-Lifestyle haha. My friend told me to write in here that I'm open and I'm good to talk to, so here it is lol. I also like to listen to a lot of music and dance, so I also go to concerts (mostly from Billie). In the summer I am traveling a lot by bike, walking through the Eilenriede towards Meile, to snack my beloved Matcha/Maracuja ice cream and keep me in more “alternative” spaces. I'm rather a summer man and I'd say that I've become real outgoing and always try to gather as many memories as possible. But I also like to be at home and watch series or let me sprinkle by Tiktok. Look forward to someone who doesn't look funny when I have my 5min (or hours) but has fun with me and can enjoy my quirks and weird ways. Hold a little New Girl Vibes for the WG haha. To live together
I don't want a purpose World Cup, but I'd like to have a living, communal life where everyone should also get the rest he needs. Accordingly, how it fits together cooking/eating, common evenings (games, movies/series, drinks) sometimes also like to throw a cool party or if you just don't have a bock, sometimes a week don't talk big.
It is very important to me that order and especially cleanliness and hygiene are very important and I would like to create a cleaning plan and also to talk about how we best cleanse (everyone has his own small rules, if we could harmonize it and then everyone will stick to it).
I'm relatively sensitive to noise, so it's important to me not to make too much noise in the apartment, especially in exam phases. In addition, I would be happy to find someone who eats no or only very little meat, but should not be an exclusion criterion. In general, there must be a milieu in the WG, in which one can always say one another, if one is disturbing, without being unpleasant.
