Looking for a room in a shared apartment or a an apartment

Hello All, I’m Khushal! I am moving from Luxembourg to Hannover to work as a researcher at the Laser Zentrum Hannover, and I’m looking for a room in a shared apartment (WG) from December 2024 or January 2025.

A bit about me: I’m originally from India and have been living in Luxembourg for the past three years in a shared apartment. My German is still at a beginner level, but I’m looking forward to learn it. My work requires me to be in the office/lab most days, so I’ll be out during typical working hours.

In my free time, I enjoy bouldering/climbing, hiking, cooking, watching movies/ tv shows, games (board/ video) and reading. I’m a clean, tidy, and sociable person who values a relaxed, respectful home. I enjoy sharing time with my housemates over cooking together or just having a chat, but I am also respectful of other's privacy. I’m also a non-smoker.

Apart from the Hannover city, I’m open to living in any of the surrounding areas, including Garbsen, Langenhagen, Seelze, Wunstorf, Wedemark, Isernhagen, Lehrte, Gehrden, Hemmingen, Ronnenberg, Laatzen, Barsinghausen, Wennigsen, Pattensen, Neustadt am Rubenberge, Laatzen, and Sehnde. I am also open to an apartment.
