Ich vermiete ein Zimmer der Wohnung, da mein Freund für ein Jahr untwewegs ist.
Vermietet wird ein Zimmer ca 13 qm in einer schönen und hellen 4 Zimmer, 85qm großen Wohnung. Ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer ist zusätzlich vorhanden.
Die Teilmöbilierung enthält:
Eine ausziehcouch, ein kallax regal, eine kleiderstange und einen schreibtisch. (Kann auch ohne vermietet werden)
Die Wohnung ist in guter Lage und es ist alles in der Nähe gut fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Haus hat einen Hinterhof zum Fahrrad abstellen (überdacht).
In dem Haus herrscht ein gutes Klima unter den Pateien.
Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und arbeite als Physiotherapeutin in vollzeit wäre also für dauerhafte Party nicht zu haben. Aufgrund meiner Arbeitszeiten ist es mir jedoch möglich gemeinsame zeit für Filmeabende oder Spieleabende zu verbringen. Ganauso bin ich für gemeinsame Sport sessions offen, habe aber auch kein Problem damit mal Zeit mit mir zu verbringen und ziehe mich gerne mal zurück.
Aufgrund der spontanen situation wäre es möglich ein paar möbel stücke noch auf anfrage für das Jahr zu benutzen.

In der Küche darf natürlich alles mit verwendet werden und eine Waschmaschine gibt es auch.
