Zwischenmiete in netter 3er WG

Die Wohnung ist perfekt angebunden und liegt direkt an der Bahnstation „An der Strangriede“. Mit den Linien 6 und 11 bist du in nur 5 Minuten am zentralen „Kröpcke“. In der Nähe findest du alles Wichtige: REWE, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke und viele Restaurants und Kiosks auf dem E-Damm. Die Leibniz Universität ist auch bequem in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten bietet der E-Damm alles, was man brauchen könnte.

Ich bin wegen eines Erasmussemesters für den angegebenen Zeitraum im Ausland und suche für diese Zeit eine/n netten/n Zwischenmieter/in.

Du wirst mit Michelle (26) und Annik (25) zusammenwohnen.

Michelle hat gerade ihre Ausbildung abgeschlossen und arbeitet im Bereich Marketing. Sie ist eine herzliche, offene Person, die sich gerne über Gott und die Welt unterhält. Sie singt gerne (also Musiker sind gerne gesehen haha) und ist eine richtige Film-Liebhaberin.

Annik studiert Architektur und schreibt gerade ihre Bachelorarbeit, die sie im Januar abschließen wird. Sie ist eine sportliche und abenteuerlustige Person, die mit ihrer fröhlichen und unkomplizierten Art für eine angenehme WG-Atmosphäre sorgt. In ihrer Freizeit spielt sie Hockey, geht kitesurfen und ist generell gerne draußen mit Freunden unterwegs.

Die beiden lieben spontane Aktionen und gemütliche Abende. Mit Michelle und Annik kann man sowohl tiefgründige Gespräche führen als auch einfach gemeinsam Spaß haben, was das WG-Leben besonders vielseitig macht.

In unserer WG geht es entspannt und freundlich zu. Wir sind keine Putzfanatiker, legen aber Wert auf eine gewisse Grundhygiene, die durch einen fairen Putzplan geregelt ist. Unsere Abende sind ungezwungen, und wir treffen uns oft spontan in der Küche, um zu plaudern, einen Kaffee (aus unserem wunderschönen Kaffeevollautomaten ;)) zu trinken oder kleine Lebensupdates auszutauschen. Trotzdem ist es uns wichtig, dass jede auch den Raum hat, um den eigenen Alltag unabhängig zu gestalten. Geplante WG-Aktivitäten gibt es selten, aber spontane Aktionen sind immer willkommen.

Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Am besten lernen wir uns über einen Video-Call kennen! Es wäre super, wenn du uns vorher eine kurze Nachricht über dich schreibst, damit wir uns ein Bild machen können. Your future room in the shared apartment is approximately 16m². The furniture will remain, and I’ll do my best to make sure the room feels like your own home. This means I’ll remove all my photos, posters, etc., and you’re free to make it cozy for yourself.

Since the room faces the lively E-Damm side and there’s a tram stop and several bars right outside the door (see photos), it’s only suitable for someone who can handle a bit of street noise.

Location: The apartment is perfectly connected, situated directly at the “An der Strangriede” tram stop. Lines 6 and 11 take you to the central “Kröpcke” in just 5 minutes. Nearby, you’ll find everything you need: REWE, a bakery, a pharmacy, and plenty of restaurants and kiosks on E-Damm. Leibniz University is also a convenient 15-minute walk away. E-Damm has everything you could possibly need.

About the WG: I’ll be abroad for 5 months for an Erasmus semester, so I’m looking for a friendly subtenant for this period.

You’ll be living with Michelle (26) and Annik (25).

Michelle has recently completed her training and works in marketing. She’s a warm, open person who loves chatting about basically everything. She enjoys singing (so musicians are very welcome haha) and is a true film enthusiast.

Annik studies architecture and is currently working on her bachelor’s thesis, which she’ll finish in January. She’s sporty and adventurous, bringing a cheerful and easygoing vibe to the WG. In her free time, she plays hockey, goes kitesurfing, and loves spending time outside with friends.

Both of them are into spontaneous activities and cozy evenings. With Michelle and Annik, you can have both deep conversations and plenty of fun, making life in the WG especially versatile.

Life in our WG is relaxed and friendly. We’re not obsessive about cleanliness, but we do maintain basic hygiene with a fair cleaning schedule. Our evenings are laid-back, and we often meet spontaneously in the kitchen to chat, drink coffee (from our beautiful coffee machine ;)), or give each other life updates. However, we also value having our own space to independently organize our everyday lives. Planned WG activities are rare, but spontaneous get-togethers are always welcome.

In short: The best way to get to know each other is through a video call! It would be great if you could send us a short message about yourself in advance so we can get an idea of who you are.
