Hello new cohabitation! We're glad you're here to see ✨
First thing to the room and the apartment;)
The two-storey apartment is located on the border between Vahrenwald and List and has a total of 5 bedrooms (4.OG) and a large living room (3.OG, 38 m2 with 13 m2 balcony), a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We are currently looking for one or two people for room 5 and one person for room 1 and 3 (see plan). This ad is for room 5.
The room is 21,7m2 and costs for two people together warm 840€ (including heating costs, electricity, gas, internet). If you want to move in alone, it's 635€. The area is already less roof slopes. The room is therefore larger from the pure floor area. There are enough sockets in the room. In addition, there are heat protection blinds on the attic windows, which is really practical in the summer:)
The room is very spacious and bright. The highlight is, however, the 11.6 square meter roof terrace, which is only accessible from this room and goes out to the backyard. From there you could observe beautiful sunsets in summer and spend cozy hours.
There is also a basement room and a shared bicycle cellar, accessible from the street, among other things.
To rent the apartment, a deposit of 2 month cold rentals (i.e. 1132€) must be paid. Takeover costs for kitchen appliances etc. of 150€.
We are very central, very close to the lively Vahrenwalder Straße, but also right at the border to the beautiful list. So here's something for everyone.
Until the Hbf, there are only two stations with the train. Humans reach the Leibniz University as well as the Musikhochschule by bike in about 10 minutes. In a short distance there is a rail stop (lines 1, 2, 8) and a bus stop (lines 100, 200, 300). Since the apartment is located in a side street, it is still really very quiet.
You'd live with Florian, Lucy and two other new cohabitants, probably between January and February.
Huhu, I'm Lucy (23, she/human) is just practicing my physics study because chronically ill. I always have for deep talk, paint together, coffee and hugs and play a lot of volleyball :)
Hi, I'm Florian or Flo (er/ihn) and only landed in Hanover a few weeks ago and therefore also completely new in the WG. I start my Master in Environmental Engineering, like doing sports on the water, and I like to organize (climate-)Politic and also have to get to know Hanover for the first time.
Most often we meet in the kitchen or in the living room. One time in the week, we are organising a WG evening where we play together or watch. It is, of course, always okay to want to retreat.
We are almost all vegan/vegetarian in the WG and wish us a cohabitant that is open to it. We also expect you to be considerate and understand topics such as mental health. If something doesn't suit you and you feel uncomfortable, it's important to us to address this together to find solutions:)
