Dear Interested*in,
you will move into the present room of me (Tuna). Your future room has about20 m2 and - like the whole apartment - the great halls and high walls. The big window goes east, so it is bright all day and in the morning you have sun:) Your room would be the biggest in the WG. The wardrobe and the desk should be taken over against a 150€ discount. Originally the mobel pieces cost new 250€ 🥹
In addition, a detachment amount of approximately 250€ comes together for kitchen, furniture and washing machine :)
The apartment is 5 minutes from the Black Bear and from the Lindener Marktplatz and the Von-Alten-Garten. Limmer Street is 15 minutes walk away, 5 minutes by bike. By bus you are at university in 15 minutes, by bike 10 and on foot in a good half hour. The train station can be reached in 10 minutes by public transport. Depending on which direction you go, you need to net between 5-10 minutes, Edeka, Rewe and Rossmann. In the same house as in the side street are several small bars and pubs, on the opposite side there are two sweet ceramic shops to browse. Otherwise I love the vibe from this street because it never gets boring. In summer a great summer festival takes place on the street for one day
Your roommates are Anouk (they/her) and Max er/denen).
One person you're gonna live with is Max. Max moved in December and has an educator training. Max is also a very funny and sensitive person. He has a very great music and series!!!!! taste and I don't know any person who can talk so well to accents. He has fantastic jewelry and probably 40 candles in the room. Max has a green skin and their hobbies are among others planters, crochet and knit.
Anouk moved in August and is a very warm-hearted person who radiates super much tranquility and warmth. She is a mouse that likes to do yoga and rides bike. Besides, it always smells so beautiful when Anouk cooks and bakes her own bread You can talk very great with Anouk and I think if you're stressed, you should always talk to her because you're somehow automatically calmed down.
