Es handelt sich um ein ruhiges, helles Zimmer im Obergeschoss. Es gibt insgesamt fünf Zimmer und einen gr0ßzügigen Flur mit Gemeinschaftstisch. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang,. Fahrräder können in der Garage untergestellt werden. Das Bad hat eine Dusche, außerdem ist ein seperates Wc vorhanden. Die Küche hat neben der Spülmaschine zwei Kühlschränke und einen Tiefkühler. Selbstverständlich befindet sich auch eine waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
Es handelt sich um eine ländliche Lage mit direkter Verkehranbindung vor der Haustür. Die Umgebung ist durch ihre weitläufige Gewässerlandschaft und emen nahen Wald geprägt. Zwischen FH und der Wohnung sind alle Einkaufsmöglichleiten vorhanden.
Über das WG Leben kann ich nur sagen das keine Probleme an mich herangetragen wurden. Weil ich nur Vermieter bin und nicht dort wohne müssen Sie bei der Besichtigung ein gespür dafür entwickeln ob Sie in die Gemeinschaft passen.
