Dream room in the Wonder-Wall WG for rent Traumzimmer in der Wonder-Wall WG zur Untermiete

As I withdraw from our WG for my bachelor thesis for a two-month project, my dream room is spontaneously free. (Etwa 20m^2 and high ceilings). The windows look directly at the psychological institute, but the room itself is quiet.
The room is completely furnished (with adjustable desk and a new bed, sofa bed and other dream features!).

Our apartment is located directly on the main road - unbeatable location. To the bottom, to the Bib, to the Mensa... all easy walking distance. In the field, my roommates need only 8-12min depending on the form of day;) Among us there is another WG with which we don't have much contact.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee machine, unfortunately, still wishing. We also have a small area as a dining room with sofa and large table where super can be eaten or played together.
The only Marotte of our WG is our Hannah's Wonder Wall. This is a self-drawn wall from the pre-rent between dining area and my room. Is nothing dramatic, but it would be important for us that noises should be technically taken into account in one or the other situation.

To introduce the other two roommates first: You're Hannah & Maxi.
Hannah is 23 and studies life sciences. She is a mega loose and open-minded person who actually does uninterrupted sports in her spare time or chills with friends & volleyball at the Neckar. At home she has played football, in unisport she is testing gymnastics and volleyball, but also loves everything with water ( swimming, diving, surfing) and blabla - just everything possible! In addition, it has a huge openness and is always there when new sports are tried out with others.
Otherwise she would like to leave - also with Crossaint in the sun in front of our house, listens to Queen, or at night also Lotus flower, dances to Techno and is absolute coffee addiction.

Uuund then Maxi: he is 26 and is studying sports and Latin at teaching school. Accordingly also for everything with movement and at the volleyball at the Neckar always at the start.
He's a social fan and just great with everyone. If he doesn't just do sports, he'll kill himself in the bottom or cook/back for us. On weekends, the two specialize in Binge TV (now Lord of the Rings or Star Wars) and Maxis Pancakes.
All in all, if you have a bat on new people and sports, you couldn't get a better fellow-brown combination;)

Overall, we are all but a purpose- WG and the two are looking for someone who has actively joined the WG life. That's not that we're raising 24/7 on top of each other, but that we like to cook together, play something, go neckar or go out.
We have a cleaning plan that should also be kept. It is also important to me that my furniture is treated with love :)

Da ich für meine Bachelorarbeit für ein zweimonatiges Projekt aus unserer WG ausziehe, ist mein möbiliertes Traumzimmer spontan frei. (Etwa 20m^2 und hohe Decken). Die Fenster schauen direkt auf das psychologische Institut, das Zimmer selbst ist aber ruhig.
Das Zimmer wird komplett möbiliert übergeben (mit verstellbarem Schreibtisch und einem neuem Bett, Schlafsofa und weiteren Traum-Features!!).

Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße - unschlagbare Lage. Zur Unteren, zur Bib, zur Mensa… alles easy zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Feld brauchen meine Mitbewohner auch nur 8-12min je nach Tagesform ;) Unter uns wohnt eine andere WG mit der wir aber nicht sonst wie viel Kontakt haben.
Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, wobei eine Kaffeemaschine momentan leider noch Wunsch-Denken ist. Wir haben auch einen kleinen Bereich als Esszimmer mit Sofa und großem Tisch, an dem super zusammen gegessen oder gespielt werden kann.
Die einzige Marotte unserer WG ist unsere bzw. Hannahs Wonder-Wall. Dabei handelt es sich um eine selbstgezogene Wand vom Vormieter zwischen Essbereich und meinem Zimmer. Ist nichts dramatisches, aber dadurch wäre für uns wichtig, dass Geräusche technisch in der ein oder anderen Situation Rücksicht genommen werden sollte.

Um die anderen beiden Mitbewohner erstmal vorzustellen: Sie sind Hannah & Maxi.
Hannah ist 23 und studiert Biowissenschaften. Sie ist eine mega lockere und aufgeschlossene Person, die in ihrer Freizeit eigentlich ununterbrochen Sport macht oder mit Freunden & Volleyball am Neckar chillt. Daheim hat sie Fußball gespielt, im Unisport probiert sie gerade Turnen und Volleyball aus, liebt aber auch alles mit Wasser (schwimmen, tauchen, surfen) und blabla - einfach alles was möglich ist!! Außerdem hat sie eine riesige Offenheit, und ist immer dabei, wenn neue Sportarten mit anderen ausprobiert werden.
Ansonsten ließt sie gerne - auch gerne mal mit Crossaint in der Sonne vor unserem Haus, hört Queen, oder nachts auch Lotusblume, tanzt zu Techno und ist absoluter Kaffeesuchti.

Uuund dann Maxi: er ist 26 und studiert Sport und Latein auf Lehramt. Dementsprechend auch für alles mit Bewegung zu haben und beim Volleyball am Neckar immer am Start.
Er ist eine Social-Flower und einfach super mit allen. Wenn er nicht gerade Sport macht, tobt er sich in der Unteren aus oder kocht/backt auch mal für uns. Am Wochenende spezialisieren die beiden sich in Binge-TV (momentan Herr der Ringe oder Star Wars) und Maxis Pancakes.
Alles in allem: wenn ihr Bock auf neue Leute und Sport habt, könntet ihr keine besser Mitbrwohner-Kombi bekommen ;)

Insgesamt sind wir alles andere als eine Zweck- WG und die beiden suchen jemanden, der Bock hat sich aktiv ins WG Leben miteinzubinden. Dh. nicht dass wir 24/7 aufeinanderhocken aber dass wir gerne zusammen kochen, mal was spielen, zum Neckar oder ausgehen.
Wir haben einen Putzplan an den sich auch gehalten werden sollte. Ausserdem ist mir wichtig, dass meine Möbel mit Liebe behandelt werden :)
