Ich vermiete mein wunderschönes Zimmer ab April 2025 bis Ende Mai 2025, da ich für meine Forschung nach Italien gehe. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m^2 groß, hat zwei Fenstere, und einen Balkon. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet, sodass ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch, Regale, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Lampe, Fernseher, und Spiegel in dem Zimmer bleiben (ich würde auch meine Gemälde und ein Paar Deko Sachen da lassen, falls das für dich ok ist, wir würden dann das besprechen.)

Wir haben durchgängig warmes Wasser, Heizung, einen Keller, in dem wir Sachen lagern können und einen schönen Blick auf den Neckar und den Wehrsteg von der Küche aus. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten mit einem Feigen- und einem Kirschbaum und einen riesigen Balkon, wo wir ab und zu grillen.

I am subletting my beautiful room from April 2025 until the end of May 2025 since I am going to Italy for research. The room is around 20 sqm big, with two big windows and a balcony. The room will be subleased with all the furniture.

We have always hot water, heating, a cellar to put your stuff in, and a nice view to the Neckar and the Wehrsteg from the kitchen :) We also have a garden with cherry and fig trees.

Die WG ist relativ zentral am Ende von Bergheim direkt am Neckar gelegen. Sie ist 2 Min. zu Fuß vom Wehrsteg, 7 Min. von der Haltestelle der Linie 5, 15 Min. vom Hauptbahnhof und nur 2 Min von der nächsten Bushaltestelle entfernt, wo die Linie 34 hält.

Der Campus Bergheim und das Neuenheimer Feld sind jeweils mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Min. zu erreichen und in die Altstadt läuft man 20 Min bzw. 10 Min mit dem Rad.

Wir wohnen direkt neben dem Naturschutzgebiet, sodass man sowohl vom Balkon als auch der Küche aus interessante
Vögel beobachten kann.

The WG is quite central. It is located at the end of Bergheim, right next to the Neckar. It is three minutes by walk away from the Wehrsteg, 7 minutes by walk away from the tram 5, 15 minutes by walk to HBF, 2 minutes by walk o the bus stop where 34 passes by.

In terms of campuses, we are 10 minutes away from the Bergheim and Im Neuenheimer Feld, and 20 mins by walk away from the Aldstadt.

We are right next to the nature conservation zone, so we always see very interesting birds when we are at our balcony!

Wir sind Adrian, Justus, Marco (ich) und Judith.

Wir sind alle zwischen 20 und 27 Jahren alt, sprechen Englisch, Deutsch, Spanisch, Italienisch.

Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, ob spontanes Frühstück oder Abendessen, Kurztrips etc. aber es ist auch kein Problem, wenn du in deinem Zimmer bleiben und deine Ruhe haben möchtest. Außerdem haben wir einen rotierenden Putzplan und legen Wert darauf, dass er eingehalten wird.

We usually like to hang out together, make breakfast, dinner, etc. but staying in your room and having some peace for yourself is completely okay. We have a cleaning schedule which is very important for us to follow.

Für meine Zimmereinrichtung hätte ich gerne eine Kaution. Die Sachen aus meinem Zimmer räume ich natürlich aus, so dass du Platz für deine Sachen hast.
