Hello,
ich vermiete mein Zimmer bis Ende Februar. Das Zimmer ist voraussichtlich ab dem 12. oder 13. Dezember frei.
Das Zimmer hat so ca. 13 qm, ist voll möbliert und wenn man sich aus dem Fenster lehnt kann man sogar das Schloss sehen! (Dachgeschosswohnung mit Balkon in der Küche)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen Bergheims und ist bestens an den ÖPNV angebunden. Dein Zimmer ist Richtung Norden in den Hinterhof, deswegen sehr ruhig für die Lage direkt an der Straße.
Deine Mitbewohner:innen sind super offen und freundlich, Aileen (25), Samuel (27) und Saskia (30).
Ab und zu wird gerne mal zusammen getratscht, gekocht oder gespielt, ansonsten bleibt auch genug Zeit für Privatsphäre.
