Das Zimmer ist schön groß, so dass man sich gut einrichten kann.
Alle Möbel die drin stehen gehören den Vermietern und bleiben auch dort (Bett, Regal, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa).
Das Zimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zum gemeinschaftlichen Balkon von dem man eine super schöne Aussicht auf die Bahnstadt hat und die besten Sonnenuntergänge anschauen kann.
Von der Wohnung ist nichts weit entfernt!
Die nächsten Bahnhaltestellen sind 2-3 min entfernt und der Betriebshof wie auch Hauptbahnhof sind 10min entfernt.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Aldi, Apotheke, dm und viele Cafes und Restaurants sind fußläufig nur 5 min entfernt.
Zum WG Leben kann ich derzeit nicht viel sagen, da wir beide ausziehen werden und es also eine WG Neugründung ab März ist :)
Sobald auch die Anzeige zum zweiten Zimmer da ist werde ich hier den Link dazu reinstellen
Das Haus hat einen Aufzug und einen großen Innenhof wo Fahrräder abgestellt werden können. Es können bei Wunsch auch Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage angemietet werden, wenn welche frei sind.
