Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Bus und Straßenbahn sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wg existiert schon seit einigen Generationen, was sich an der ein oder anderen Stelle bemerkbar macht, ihr aber auch ihren eigentümlich studentischen Charme verleiht. Die WG ist demnach kein Bahnstadt Neubau: Hier blitzt & blinkt nur unser Outfit!
