Cosy Room in Dossenheim (4-er WG)

Die WG liegt im Dorfzentrum von Dossenheim. Direkt vor der Haustüre hat man gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Bäcker, Bank, Eisdiele, Indisches, Italienisches oder deutsches Restaurants, Döner, Apotheke). Andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Lidl, DM, Kaufland sind mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Zu der Straßenbahn Haltestelle Dossenheim Bahnhof braucht man 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort ist man innerhalb von 12 Minuten am Bismarkplatz oder im Neuenheimer Feld. Auch mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man gut die Uni, sowohl in der Stadt als auch im Neuenheimer Feld.

Wenn man zum Abschalten von dem Uni/Arbeits Alltag etwas frische Luft schnappen möchte, gelangt man schnell ins Feld oder in die Weinberge :)

The shared apartment is located in the village center of Dossenheim. Right outside the front door, you have good shopping opportunities (Edeka, bakery, bank, ice cream parlor, Indian, Italian, or German restaurants, kebab shop, pharmacy). Other shopping options like Aldi, Lidl, DM, Kaufland can be reached by bicycle in 5 minutes.

It takes 3 minutes on foot to reach the tram stop Dossenheim Bahnhof. From there, you can reach Bismarckplatz or the Neuenheimer Feld within 12 minutes. The university, both in the city and in the Neuenheimer Feld, is also easily accessible by bike.

If you want to take a break from the university/work routine and enjoy some fresh air, you can quickly reach the fields or vineyards :)

Da unsere Mitbewohnerin ausziehen wird, suchen wir eine*n Nachmieter*innen für das Zimmer in unserer 4er WG :)

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen wären:
Luana (22, sie/alle pronomen) kommt aus Brasilien, lebt vegan und liebt es zu Malen. Gerade hat sie eine kleine Leidenschaft für das Gärtnern auf dem Balkon für sich entdeckt. Gerade arbeitet sie bei der Deutschen Post und fängt im Oktober das Studienkolleg in Heidelberg an. Danach möchte sie Erdkunde studieren.
Monika (27, she/her) macht ihren Master in Anthropologie und liebt Fotografie und alles was mit Musik zu tun hat. Sie liebt es übers Reisen zu reden und ist süchtig nach Eis. Sie lebt nicht vegan lol.
Jannik (27) benutzt keine Pronomen & they/them und macht gerade eine Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger*in bei der they mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen auf einer Wohngruppe arbeitet. Jannik liebt den Sommer und Zeit mit Freund*innen zu verbringen. Jannik macht veganen Aktivismus und setzt sich für queere Rechte ein.

Wichtig: Da aktuell nicht jede*r in der WG fließend Deutsch spricht, wäre es gut, wenn du kein Problem damit hättest in der WG auf Englisch zu kommunizieren :)

Ein gemütliches Zusammenleben ist uns wichtig :) Die geräumige Küche und unser Balkon sind unser WG Mittelpunkt, in dem wir gerne nach einem langen Tag einfach ein bisschen quatschen bzw. die frische Luft genießen. Mehr oder weniger spontan kochen/backen wir gerne zusammen, bestellen Essen oder machen einen Spiel-/Filmabend. Trotzdem hat natürlich jede Person ihren Freiraum und kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen.
Außerdem ist es uns wichtig, dass die Gemeinschaftsräume ordentlich und sauber sind.

Wir suchen Menschen, die empathisch, rücksichtsvoll, tolerant und queerfreundlich sind.

As one of our flatmates is moving out, we're looking for a new flatmate for our room in our 4-person shared apartment :)

Your flatmates would be:
Luana (22, any pronouns) is from Brazil, is vegan, does climate activism and loves to paint and now is having an obsession with gardening in the balcony. Currently is working in the Deutsche Post and is starting the Studienkolleg in Heidelberg hopefully in October and later will study geography.
Monika (26, she/her) is an anthropology master's student that loves photography and music. She loves talking about travelling and is addicted to ice cream. She is not vegan lol.
Jannik (26) uses no pronouns & they/them and is currently training as a social care worker at a residential group working with people with disabilities. Jannik loves summer and spending time with friends. They engage in vegan activism and advocate for queer rights.

Important: At the moment not everyone in our flat speaks fluent German. Therefore, it would be good if you're comfortable communicating in English in the shared apartment :)

A cozy living environment is important to us :) The spacious kitchen and our balcony are the heart of our shared apartment, where we like to chat a bit or enjoy the fresh air after a long day. More or less spontaneously, we enjoy cooking/baking together, ordering food, or having a game/film night. Nevertheless, everyone has their own space and can retreat whenever they want.
Also, it's important to us that the common areas are kept tidy and clean.

We're looking for people who are empathetic, considerate, tolerant, and LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Der große Innenhof eignet sich gut um sein Fahrrad abzustellen. Außerdem befinden sich dort 2 Waschmaschinen und ein Trockner, deren Benutzung 1-2€ pro Wäsche kostet.
Des Weiteren sind in der Miete ebenfalls enthalten: Müllgebühr, Internet und GEZ Gebühren.

The large courtyard is perfect for parking your bicycle. Additionally, there are 2 washing machines and a dryer available, with a cost of 1-2€ per load.
Also included in the rent are: garbage fees, internet, and broadcasting fees.
