Es ist 3 Zimmer Wohnung im Mehrfamilienhaus (9 Stockwerke) im Emmertsgrundpassage.
Dein Zimmer ist ca 17 qm und beinhaltet Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Bett mit Matratze und ein Kleiderschrank. Den Rest kannst du natürlich mitbringen, was du möchtest.
Die Küche hat eigentlich was man braucht (Siehe Bild).
Ein Zimmer ist meins und das dritte Zimmer können wir als Abstellkammer benutzen.

It is a 3 room apartment in an apartment building (9 floors) in Emmertsgrundpassage.
Your room is approximately 17 square meters and includes a desk with chair, bed with mattress and a wardrobe. Of course, you can bring whatever else you want with you.
The kitchen actually has what you need (see picture).
One room is mine and the third room we can use as a storage room.
Die Lage ist sehr Ruhig.
Bus Haltestelle: Otto Hahn Strasse, Busse 27,33 direkt am Eingang. Der Bus (33) geht bis zum Bismarkplatz und Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof.
Fünf Minuten vom Haus Entfernt ist das Einkaufszentrum „Forum“. Es hat einen Supermarkt (Nahkauf), Café, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Gemüsegeschäft.
Sparkasse ist direkt vor dem Haus.
Zum Wandern ist es optimal, weil man schon in 5 Minuten im Wald auf dem Wanderweg ist.

The location is very quiet.
Bus stop: Otto Hahn Strasse, buses 27.33 directly at the entrance. The bus (33) goes to Bismarkplatz and Heidelberg main station.
The “Forum” shopping center is five minutes from the house. It has a supermarket, Café, pharmacy, bakery.
Sparkasse is right in front of the house.
It's ideal for hiking because you can be in the forest on the hiking trail in just 5 minutes.
In der Wohnung würde ich mit dir zusammenleben. Ich bin Yeprem, habe mein Master in Energietechnik abgeschlossen und arbeite jetzt als SPS in Hirschhorn.
In meiner Freizeit treffe ich mich gerne mit Freunden, mache Städtetrips und Reisen. Sportlich bin ich in Tennis und Fitness aktive :)
