Das Zimmer liegt in der oberen Etage eines RH - durch 2 große Südfenster ist es sehr hell und sonnig.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert.
Ein separates Bad mit Dusche liegt auf der gleichen Etage.
Wer Ruhe sucht zum Lernen, ist hier genau richtig: das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist auch sehr still.
Das Zimmer verfügt über keine eigene Küche, sondern Küchenmitbenutzung in meiner Küche.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 520 Euro.
Sehr ruhige Gegend von Eppelheim, jedoch Lidl, Aldi/Rewe gut erreichbar.
Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca. 7 min entfernt.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es bis zum Bismarckplatz 25 min.; ebenso bis ins Neuenheimer Feld.
Die Straßenbahn braucht ca. 10 min. bis an den zentralen Bismarckplatz.
Da das Zimmer in einem Einfamilienhaus liegt und schon eine räumliche Nähe im Haus besteht, möchte ich nur an eine WEIBLICHE Mitbewohnerin vermieten.
Das Zimmer kann auch nur vorübergehend angemietet werden bzw. evtl. auch verlängert werden nach Absprache, d.h. es eignet sich für Erstsemester, die dann von hier aus weitersuchen möchten.
