The room is 16.8 m2 in size, with a view on our shared house garden. The wide window front makes the room bright and offers lots of light and space, for example. also ideal for plants. As you can see in the pictures, the room offers plenty of space to store all sorts of stuff ^^. The room comes with the bed, drawers for cloth storage, another shelving compartment and a desk.
Otherwise about the apartment:
We have a large kitchen with your own fridge compartment and shelf compartment. And a dishwasher (very important for wg life). There is also a garden for general use and a garage for storing bicycles. If you have a car, there are also very good parking spaces in front of the house. In summer it is also super cool on our pretty large balcony. There is plenty of space here for growing vegetables and herbs, for grilling or for movie nights on the couch.

Our wg is situated in Eppelheim, 7 minted walk from the Jakobsgasse Bahn station and 15 minutes walk from the Pfaffengrund/Wieblingen S-Bahn Station. With the bike (recommended for Spring!), you can be in Bismarkplatz in 20 minutes. It also provides within 1km a Rewe, Aldi, dm, Kaufland and several smaller food stores. The pharmacy is just a few houses down and there are plenty of house doctors in the area:) you may not find much forest super close but there are really lovely fields near by if you want to be surrounded by greenery, (or our garden ;)!
About the wg:
You will be sharing the space with 4 great people who (by coincidence) are internationals who speak very little german (therefore to communicate well within the wg, english is a must). Büsra (33) is finishing her Master's in Dance and Movement Therapy. Freddy (28) is finishing his Master's studies in Molecular Plant Biology. Ondrej (27) started his PhD in biomedical Engineering. And Damla (25) is doing her masters in Anthropology... As you can tell, we are a very diverse WG with different passions and care a lot about a harmonious co-living.
We are looking for someone open, friendly and clean (!) to join us for 3 months :)
ps. we've had problems in the past with subletters promising to stay and then leaving early, leaving us to have to pay the room ourselves which we cannot afford, being all students. Therefore, it would be great for us if you can pay for all 3 months at the beginning. If this is not possible, we can of course discuss alternatives.
