Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, Eine Gemeinschaftsküche und ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Beides ist gut ausgestattet.
Das erhältliche Zimmer hat viel Platz und auch ein sehr großes Doppelfenster für genügend licht. Steckdosensituation supi, Möbel bitte selber Mitbringen. Eine couch kann man potentiell abkaufen, steht momentan im Zimmer.
Alles in allem Kann man definitiv was tolles draus machen :) Die Wände sind ziemlich dick, somit hört man auch nicht sonderlich viel.
Die Wohnung liegt In Handschuhsheim an der Dossenheimer Landstraße. Eine Bahnhaltestelle ist knapp 3-5 Min zu Fuß entfernt und bringt einen je nach Wahl entweder in 5-10 min zum Bismarckplatz oder in 10-15 min zum Hbf. In 5 Min Laufentfernung liegen Aldi, Rewe und 2-3 min weiter Lidl und DM. In 10 Min kann man den Handschuhsheimer Marktplatz erreichen, mit einem schönen Park und einigen Restaurants.
Ein Fahrrad ist Grundsätzlich zu empfehlen, aber nicht notwendig wenn man ein ÖPNV Ticket hat.
Also die WG besteht im Moment nur aus mir.
Mein Name ist Tristan und ich bin ein 22-Jähriger Economics Student, der vor knapp 2 Jahren aus Karlsruhe hergezogen ist. Ich wäre definitiv bereit bei Interesse auch typische WG-Sachen zu machen, wie gemeinsames Kochen oder auch mal zusammen weggehen :) Dementsprechend bin ich auch nicht nur auf der Suche nach einer Zweck WG.
Privatsphäre ist mir dabei aber sowohl für dich als auch für mich wichtig.
