Das Zimmer liegt nach Osten, ist hell. Morgens sieht man hier sehr schöne Sonnenaufgänge. Und auch die Aussicht (mit Blick auf den Wald) ist traumhaft.

The room faces east and is bright. You can see beautiful sunrises here in the morning. And the view (overlooking the forest) is also fantastic.

Die Lage ist super. Man ist mit dem Rad in ca. 15 Minuten am Bismarckplatz und mit den Öffis in 12. Rohrbach selbst hat ein kleines altes Stadtzentrum mit Eisdiele, Cafés, Post..

The location is great. You can reach Bismarckplatz in about 15 minutes by bike and in 12 minutes by public transport. Rohrbach itself has a small old town center with an ice cream parlor, cafes, post office, there is a Penny closeby and Rewe/Aldi isn't far either - like 10 minutes walking..

Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit zwei Mitbewohnerinnen. Beide arbeiten, es wird aber auch viel in der Küche gesessen und gequatscht. Das wird dann auch gern mal was später..
Außerdem gibt es noch zwei Katzen hier..

You share the apartment with two roommates. They both work, but there is also a lot of sitting in the kitchen and chatting. This can sometimes last until late in the evening. There are also two cats here...

Der Vermieter möchte irgendwann das komplette Haus sanieren. Mein Mietvertrag geht bis Ende März. Also ist dieses Angebot erstmal bis Ende März. Es ist aber sehr wahrscheinlich, dass der Vertrag nochmals verlängert wird (Mein Vertrag ist auch schon mehrfach verlängert worden.)

The landlord would like to renovate the entire house at some point. My rental agreement runs until the end of March. So this offer is valid until the end of March. However, it is very likely that the contract will be extended again (My contract has already been extended several times.)
