The room is very bright, with big windows facing west, so you can watch lots of beautiful sunsets. The room is 17m^2 and, like the entire apartment, has dark brown laminate flooring with a wood look and nice high ceilings. Some of the fornitures might be taken over for a fee.
The apartment is pretty big, with five indipendent rooms in total, a big common kitchen that leads to a nice balcony, two bathrooms and an extra little room for washing machine and cleaning stuff. We also have a little storage space just outside the flat.

Rent: monthly. 513 (with everything - prices might change if the landlord increases the rent)
Our apartment is on the top floor of a commercial building, so we and our neighbors are the only ones living here and we don't disturb anyone if it gets loud. The house is formally still in the Weststadt, but the Bahnstadt promenade is only a 3-minute walk away. The train station is also a 10-15-minute walk away. Otherwise, all well-known supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes by bike. As with everywhere else, everything in Heidelberg can be reached from us in 10-20 minutes by bike, or you can simply take the tram, because the nearest stop, Rudolf-Diesel Straße, is only a 4-minute walk from our front door.
The apartment is very cozy and friendly, and I loved living here thanks to both the great apartment and the amazing people. You will be living with my lovely flatmates Lene, Rosa, Ani and Tarek. We have a very chill and friendly way of living together, being very respectful of each others needs and always ready for a chat together. We have weekly/biweekly dinners to talk about the flatshare and keep up with what is going on in each others life. They are all young students/professionals between 21 and 27, everybody with their own hobbies and different routines.
We are looking for a new person taking over the room starting from the 20th of January, possibly long term. We are looking for someone respectful and friendly, that could easily merge with the others lifestyle.
