Da mein Mitbewohner sein Studium abgeschlossen hat und ausgezogen ist, ist das kleinere Zimmer in meiner Wohnung wieder frei vom 18.02.2025 bis 31.08.2025 (eine Verlängerung ist eventuell möglich).
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett (0,9m x 2m, ohne Matratze), einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch und zwei Bücherregalen.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig, gemütlich und sehr angenehm.

Since my roommate graduated and moved out, the smaller room in my flat is available again from 18.02.2025 to 31.08.2025 (extension might be possible).
The room is furnished with a bed (0.9m x 2m, no mattress), a wardrobe, a study table, and two bookshelves.
You’ll enjoy a quiet, cozy, and charming neighborhood.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit von der Tiefburg entfernt, nur 5 Gehminuten bis zum Kapellenweg, wo du die Linien 26 und 5 nehmen kannst (ca. 8 Min bis zum Bismarckplatz). Zum Hans-Thoma-Platz sind es 8 Minuten zu Fuß, mit Anschluss an die Linien 5, 25 und mehr ( ca. 5 min bis zum Technologiepark).
In der Umgebung gibt es einen Biergarten, eine italienische Pizzeria und eine Bäckerei. Ein Penny ist in der Nähe. Die Gegend bietet eine hervorragende Anbindung und eine hohe Lebensqualität.

The apartment is located close to Tiefburg, just a 5-minute walk to Kapellenweg, where you can take tram lines 26 and 5 (around 8 min to Bismarckplatz). Hans-Thoma-Platz is an 8-minute walk away, with connections to tram lines 5, 25, and more (around 5 min to Technologiepark).
The area has a beer garden, an Italian restaurant, and a bakery. One Penny is nearby. Great public transport connections and a convenient living environment!
Das ist keine Zweck-WG. Ich habe an der Uni Heidelberg studiert und lebe weiterhin hier. Die meiste Zeit arbeite ich im Homeoffice.
Ich bin eine offene und freundliche Person, die gerne Sport macht. Es wäre schön, wenn wir uns gut verstehen und hin und wieder zusammen Filme schauen (es gibt einen Beamer), Kochabende oder Brunch machen könnten 😊. Und LGBTQ 🌈Friendly
