Das Zimmer liegt in einer 3er-WG in Heidelberg Kirchheim. Die WG besteht aus drei Zimmern, Bad, Küche und einem kleinen Flur. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses, in dem weitere WG's und Einzelpersonen leben. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein kleines türkisches Restaurant.
Im Keller befindet sich eine gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschmaschine, die über Münzeinwurf betrieben wird.
Das Zimmer ist 17m2 groß. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 300€. Dazu kommen 50€ Betriebsnebenkostenvorauszahlungen und etwa 30€ für Strom, Internet und GEZ.
Die WG ist als Studenten-WG gedacht. Vermietet wird nur an Studentinnen/Schülerinnen/Auszubildene. Vorherige Besichtigung der Wohnung in Person ist von der Vermieterseite her erforderlich. Längerfristige Mieterinnen ( > 6 Monate) werden bevorzugt gesucht.
The room is in a 3-person flat in Heidelberg Kirchheim. The flat has three rooms, a kitchen, a bath and a floor. It is located under the roof of a bigger house that is shared with several other WG's as well a single person micro-apartments and a small restaurant.
There is a washing machine in the cellar that can be used via euro coins.
The small room is 17m2. The basic rent is 300€. In addition, there are €50 advance payments for ancillary operating costs and around €30 for electricity, internet and GEZ.
The WG is meant as a student WG. Rented will be only to students or trainees. An in-person viewing of the rooms is mandatory before the signing of the contract. Longer term tenants are preferred.
Die WG liegt in hervorragender Lage in Kirchheim. Der Stadtteil ist ruhig gelegen, zwischen Schulen und Mehrfamilienhäusern. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind der Nahkauf (direkt gegenüber), und Rewe, Lidl und Aldi in jeweils etwas zehn Fußminuten Entfernung. Die Bushaltestelle Königsberger Straße ist direkt vor der Tür. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Albert-Fritz-Straße sind es fünf Fußminuten, zum Bahnhof Heidelberg Kirchheim/Rohrbach etwa 15. Ins Zentrum braucht man mit Straßenbahn, Bus oder Fahrrad etwa 20 Minuten.
The WG lies in Heidelberg Kirchheim, a calm neighbourhood, between schools and many family homes. Grocery shops are directly opposite (Nahkauf) and about ten minutes on foot (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl). The bus stop Königsberger Straße is also directly opposite, while the tram stop Albert-Fritz-Straße is about five minutes on foot away. In about 1 kilometer distance is the train station Heidelberg Kirchheim/Rohrbach. The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes by bus, tram or bike.
