Das Zimmer wird für circa einen Monat untervermietet. Über genauen Zeitraum lässt sich aber ggf auch sprechen.
Es hat so ca. 16qm, ist sehr hell durch das grosse Fenster.
Habe viele (pflegeleichte) Pflanzen, wäre schön, wenn sich um die gekümmert wird.
Möbel bleiben alle drin und es werden generell auch ein paar Sachen drinbleiben. Aber natürlich wird so viel ausgeräumt dass du Platz für deine Sachen hast :)
The room is sublet for about one month.
It has about 16 square metres and is very bright due to the large window.
I have lots of (easy-care) plants, so it would be nice if they could be looked after.
The furniture will all stay in and a few things will generally stay in too. But of course I will clear out things so that you have space for your stuff:)
4min Fussweg zur S-Bbahn Station Kirchheim/Rohrbach und dann eine Station zum Heidelberger Hbf.
8min Fussweg zur Strassenbahn mit der man in 20min in der Stadt ist.
Mit dem Rad sind es auch so 20min in die Innenstadt.
Gibt Bäckereien, Döner, Supermärkte alles in der Nähe.
Wenn man gerne Joggen oder Spazieren geht sind die Felder direkt um die Ecke.
4min walk to Kirchheim/Rohrbach S-Bahn station and then one stop to Heidelberg main station.
8min walk to the tram which takes you into the city centre in 20min.
It is also 20 minutes by bike to the city centre.
There are bakeries, kebab shops, supermarkets all nearby.
If you like jogging or walking, the fields are just around the corner.
Wir sind insgesamt 5 Leute, Matea, Johnny, Benji, Danny und Corinna (deren Zimmer du bekommen würdest).
Wir studieren bzw. arbeiten alle.
Es herrscht ein freundschaftliches und gemeinschaftliches Miteinander. Es ist alles ungezwungen und entspannt.
Wenn es sich ergibt, wird gerne zusammen gekocht oder es werden Spiele gespielt oder anderes miteinander unternommen. Ab und zu schmeissen wir mal eine Party.
Man hat aber auch seine Ruhe wenn man will.
Generell ist uns aber ein offener, rücksichtsvoller und gemeinschaftlicher Umgang miteinander wichtig.

We are 5 people in total, Matea, Johnny, Benji, Danny and Corinna (whose room you would get).
There’s a friendly and communal atmosphere.
When the opportunity arises, we like to cook together, play games or do other things together. Every now and then we throw a party.
But you can also have some peace and quiet whenever you want.
In general, however, open, considerate and communal interaction is important to us.
