The room is 14 sqm fully furnished room on the 1st floor of the building. Its not a particularly large room but very well organised and cozy with ample space for storage as well as yourself. It also has large windows which helps with ventilation and keeping the room bright.

The place is just 1 minute walk from the tram stop form which Hauptbahnhof is 10 mins away and Bismarckplatz 15-20 mins. Trams are every 10 mins on weekdays and every 20 mins on weekends, holidays and late hours.

Apart from this there is also a S-Bahnhof (Kirrcheim-Rohrbach) 800m from the place. For shopping and groceries, there is a Rewe right next to the building and other supermarkets like Aldi, Lidl, Edeka are just 5 mins away by tram. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and quite and you will have no disturbances.

You will be sharing the flat with 3 others. We all like to cook and play games together so we would prefer someone who will be open to talking and playing rather than being reserved and locked in their room.

We do not have a particular cleaning schedule as such but all of us clean regularly whenever we see something that needs to be cleaned so we would expect the same mindfulness from you too :-)

The flat has a kitchen and two washrooms with one attached to the bathroom. Washing machine and dryers are available in the basement and can be used with your student ID card.

The room is only available for students. You can contact me if you are interested with a little bit info about yourself. It will also be really great if we can meet before finalising anything.
