PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Hi! My name is Valentina (28) and i have a small room in my apartment that i would like to rent. I live in the apartment with my two cats. They are very friendly and social, so its a plus if you also like them!

I am active in the LGBTQIA+ community and would prefer someone from the community as well to keep it a safe space.

The apartment has a big living room with a sofa and my desk, and there is enough space to put your own working space and to have your friends over. The kitchen is fully renovated and has a fridge, a gas stove and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a tub and a washing machine that you are also welcomed tk use. There is a closet in the corridor that has free space for your jackets and more clothes, so that you dont need a big closet in the small room. Additionally, we have part of the garden only for the apartment. We have some chairs and a table to enjoy in the summer, and enough space to garden, which i love to do in the spring and summer.

All Nebenkosten as well as internet and GEZ are included in the 700€ rent. If this is still a bit high for you, but you are part of the community and feel like we would be a good match, please do write me to discuss if i could cover another part of the costs. I would value a good roomate much more, and i am sure we could find a good solution!
