The room is spacious and bright with a view out onto a small garden. It's fully furnished with a bed, desk, shelved, armchair, bedside table, and mirror, which I hope to transfer to the next tenant for 200 euros. If you want, I can also leave the plants too :) In the winter, the heating keeps the room very warm, while in the summer it does not get too hot. As the building is slightly removed from the street, it also has a good amount of privacy. The house also has a living with a large dinner table and storage area, a kitchen, and the bathroom. The rent includes all utilities except for wifi, which is an additional 12 euros a month.

The WG is very well-situated in Kirchheim. Two bus lines (721, 33) stop just 3 minutes from the house, while the 26 tram line is only a 5-minute walk. There are also several Nextbike stops in the vicinity. Aldi and Lidl are also both within a 5 minute walk, and Rewe can be reached in 5 minutes by bike.

The current roommates are Anna (me) and Johanna. We are both students at Uni Heidelberg and are usually quite busy, but we really enjoy chatting and catching up when we see each other at home. Outside of school, we both enjoy sports and being outside. We like to keep a tidy WG and both contribute to doing so. As I will be moving out in June, I am looking for someone to take my room. Johanna will likely also move out over the summer, so you would have a say in who your longer-term roommate would be :) If you are interested in the room, feel free to message us and tell us a bit about you!
