The room is easily accessible from the bus station, it is directly adjacent to a laundromat from the Studierendenwerk Heideleberg (Student card needed). The kitchen has an oven, fridge, stove and cupboards - mutual goods could be used freely. Wifi is available in the room! The bathroom has a shower and no cupboards but an oulet and small space for necessities is available.

Das Zimmer ist von der Bushaltestelle aus gut zu erreichen, es grenzt direkt an einen Waschsalon des Studierendenwerks Heidelberg (Studierendenausweis erforderlich). Die Küche verfügt über Backofen, Kühlschrank, Herd und Schränke - gemeinsame Waren können genutzt werden. WLAN ist im Zimmer verfügbar! Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und keine Schränke, aber eine Steckdose und einen kleinen Stauraum für das Nötigste sind vorhanden.

Connection to most major places in Heidelberg with 3 bus lines -31, 32, 37 and night buses! Directly on the edge of campus, any destination in the campus is within 10 minutes of walking. A commercial centre with Rewe, Aldi and Rossman is also 10 minutes away. A sport centre is 5 minutes away with a swimming pool open in summer. A couple of restaurants - italian, chineese, german cuisine are within walking distance of the property. In a student dormitory complex with mainly young people.

Verbindung zu den meisten wichtigen Orten in Heidelberg mit 3 Buslinien - 31, 32, 37 und Nachtbussen! Direkt am Rande des Campus gelegen, ist jedes Ziel auf dem Campus innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit Rewe, Aldi und Rossmann ist ebenfalls 10 Minuten entfernt. Ein Sportzentrum mit einem im Sommer geöffneten Schwimmbad ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Einige Restaurants - italienische, chinesische, deutsche Küche - sind von der Unterkunft aus zu Fuß erreichbar. In einem Studentenwohnheimkomplex mit hauptsächlich jungen Leuten.

Although the property is in a student dormitory complex at night the quiet is kept throughout the premises so there is no problem with noise. I live only with one flatmate, however because of summer vacation he may be absent from the dormitory. In general, the atmosphere in the dormitory is friendly without any major arguments or misunderstandings.

Obwohl sich die Unterkunft in einem Studentenwohnheim befindet, herrscht nachts überall Ruhe, sodass es keine Lärmbelästigung gibt. Ich lebe nur mit einem Mitbewohner zusammen, der jedoch wegen der Sommerferien möglicherweise nicht im Wohnheim sein könnte. Im Allgemeinen ist die Atmosphäre im Wohnheim freundlich, ohne größere Auseinandersetzungen oder Missverständnisse.

I have left some of my personal belongings in the room in boxes, however the space in the wardrobe and half of cupboards is free to use. I have not been to the room in a month so I cannot guarantee that the room looks exactly as the pictures I took before I left. The deposit is for all the electronics left in the room and in the kitchen, oven, bread maker, vacuum cleaner and for the windows and walls. Please keep all surfaces intact and take care of the floor, walls and windows. Particularly important DO NOT jump or hit the bed with anything, the connection joints are sensitive and they might break. Use the bed with caution! Ich habe einige meiner persönlichen Gegenstände in Kartons im Zimmer gelassen, der Platz im Kleiderschrank und in der Hälfte der Schränke steht jedoch zur Verfügung. Ich war seit einem Monat nicht mehr im Zimmer und kann daher nicht garantieren, dass das Zimmer genauso aussieht wie auf den Fotos, die ich vor meiner Abreise gemacht habe. Die Kaution gilt für alle im Zimmer und in der Küche zurückgelassenen Elektrogeräte, Backofen, Brotbackautomat, Staubsauger sowie für die Fenster und Wände. Bitte halten Sie alle Oberflächen intakt und gehen Sie sorgsam mit Boden, Wänden und Fenstern um. Besonders wichtig: Springen Sie NICHT und schlagen Sie NICHT mit Gegenständen auf das Bett, die Verbindungsstellen sind empfindlich und könnten brechen. Verwenden Sie das Bett mit Vorsicht!
